Disappointing experience. I couldn't find what I needed, and not one associate bothered to ask if i needed help. Even the kid that was watching over the self check didn't speak to a single customer.

Return policy has changed. 30 or 60 days, no exceptions. I think it's 60 days.
Installation services are atrocious and unacceptable. Ended up getting my money back as they didn't schedule in accordance with the customer's wishes/schedule. Install company kept expecting me (the customer) to adjust MY (the customer's) schedule to the installers schedule. No, that's not the way it's supposed to work.
I'm done with Lowes.

I did a pickup order here for the first time. The order was ready quickly and the staff that delivered my order to my car were very friendly. Pickup is a great service for on the go or for a busy mom with little kids to get in/out of the car.

Shoutout to Jeanie in the paint department!! We went to Lowe’s in OP today to pick out paint for our garage. Jeanie noticed that the color we picked was very close to a batch of paint that had been mis-tinted and was being sold at a very discounted rate. She brought the paint over and asked if that paint would work for our project and we were so excited to get such an awesome deal, we bought 5 gallons! Thank you to Jeanie for helping us out today and just being a kind human in general.

Aisle 41 bay 13 is a clown show. I get the DIY’ers come to Lowe’s and don’t know what they are looking for. Things get misplaced, happens at every hardware store. One or two wrong items in a box, yeah I’ll put them back in the correct box, I worked at Lowe’s once, I know the struggle. But when I see 18 in stock, dig through an overflowing box and none of them are the correct item that’s a larger problem.
I didn’t feel great that I stopped putting things back where they belong during my search. Honestly though, looking through the surrounding boxes for my item, they are all equally as bad. Throw the whole shelf on the ground, that’s what it feels like as a customer. I did leave 3 boxes with the correct items in them. That’s more than this Lowe’s can say. I literally don’t give a care about the cost I just wanted my items today. If it’s tomorrow, it’ll never be Lowe’s.
My frustration is not this particular Lowe’s store but the brand. This is gross mismanagement at a corporate level, not a store level. I’m happy to pay a premium for Lowe’s. But if this is what Lowe’s will be regardless of location I’m done.

They absolutely know what a customer service should be with the knowledge and experience to get things done .
Something that a lot of Lowe's don't have around Kansas City Kansas and Missouri

Store purchase experience was positive, although I'm not happy with my appliance selection. 48 Hour Return Policy--Really?????However, current issue is with the extended warranty program Lowe's pushes. Has been extremely hard to get service set up, multiple phone calls, no accountability, no contact with 3rd party service provider that apparently didn't take the service order. No shows, no communication, delays. C'mon folks! How many people can wait 10 days for a service call on a refrigerator??? That's the opposite of SERVICE. Lowe's we expect better. WE PAID FOR MORE!!!!!!!!!!
