Staff is very accommodating, our original move in date was the day before I was due with my baby. After talking with them, they were able to move us in a bit earlier. We are so thankful to them as we got everything put together just in time.There are a few things here and there that just come with living in an older complex, and a few things in the units could stand to be updated, but the community is nice, all of our favorite places can be reached just by taking 91st street, our neighbors are almost all friendly and I also really appreciate that our townhome is fairly soundproofed. Much better than our old complex where I could hear almost everything from our neighbors.Also really enjoy all of the storage the townhome comes with, hall closets on each floor, his and her closets in the main bedroom, plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathrooms plus a basement.

Maintenance team is AMAZING and does great in getting the job done. They are super nice and they know what they are doing. Leasing agents are also super nice and sweet and willing to always help you out. Love it here.

Honestly. Everywhere you go you will have problems. Pick and choose your battles. With that being said I am VERY thankful for the management, office ladies and maintenance. I was looking for a safe neighborhood, good schools and decent place to live. I found all that and then some. Thank you Louisburg Square team and maintenance for doing everything you can without loosing your mind. (Everyone is short staffed now a days) and the Louisburg square team has shown me that they mean business and care. I am very thankful to have working AC again. Y’all rock!

I lived in this wonderful community for three years. I left only because I thought I was moving back to California, but by the time I decided to stay and rescind my lease, someone had rented out my apartment! Very unfortunate, I did love my place.But as wonderful as it was living here, I'm giving this place two stars because I was told by the assistant manager, after inspecting my apartment, that it looked really good, and that the only thing she marked was that there were holes in the wall that needed to be filled (understandable), which would amount to $7 out.When I received my deposit, not only did I not receive a single cent, but I owed $30. My nextdoor neighbor and dear friend of mine had this exact same issue, even though BOTH the manager and the assistant manager guaranteed him that he would be getting his deposit back because he did such a great job cleaning his apartment. When he brought up the issue with them, they essentially told him "Too bad, this is how it is."The receptionists, and the maintenance team, are all wonderful. I made some very dear friends in this community. The management? Not so much. Anytime I would call in the assistant manager was typically very rude, also.

I've lived on this property for 5 years, never once have I been late. Every month I've always called for my balance to pay. November 30th I paid December's rent which I was told of the amount. Then I got notice pertaining to do I need help with my rent so I discarded it I paid my rent. 3 days later I get notice I didn't pay and the late fees are this much an so on, so I sent over my canceled check what's the problem. No they said I didn't pay my new amt rent after signing lease 2 months ago, but still they cashed what I gave them, well hell that's why Ive called you for 5 years for the amount. They didn't take off the car port I no longer wanted till this came up, and refuse to take off late charges since they didn't realize this was out the ordinary me being late. My last year here. No I would not give recommendations amongst other reasons as well.

I remember when I lived here. I’m 14 now. I’ve had my best memories here. It was nice. I always loved being under one of the weeping willow trees.

This place is great. I have been here 4 years and the last year has been great. The office people are so nice and helpful. Maintenance is always here when they say they will be. I have no plans to move anytime soon. I love it here

This place is a disaster. Two years ago we had over 20 maintenance calls due to the AC not working, and last year we had at least five. They refuse to upgrade their ac units to something that isn't from the 60s and can actually cool down a small apartment in 80 degree weather. The washing machine downstairs also ate our quarters numerous times and we were never credited back that money after informing them. The water pressure for the shower is also pathetic along with the temperature being wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it would be tolerable, then the next moment it would become scalding hot. After I moved out I'm now being charged for carpet cleaning and painting the walls. The walls were left the same way we found them, but they're now claiming that there were so many chips and scuffs that they had to repaint the entire apartment. Renters beware, this place is a poorly kept old apartment and the managers will lie and attempt to charge you for things that weren't there.

I loved touring here! Daisy was a lovely, informative, and thorough person and really knew her stuff. I’ve toured other apartments and this was the only one that made me feel welcomed and assured. Would recommend to anyone!

Defnitely a 0 star experience. Recently I called the Louisburg Square Apartments and Townhomes leasing office and spoke with Daisy about scheduling an appointment to view a one bedroom. She and I were on the phone over 5 minutes. As it turns out, I never recieved an e-mail with information about this property or the unit. Then when I called back days later to confirm my appointment I spoke with Rick who stated he did not even see that I was scheduled. I am wondering if my last name may be the reason why I was treated in such a way. Perhaps because it's not Jones, Smith or something more common Daisy felt like I should not be allowed to live at their property. I was given very poor service due my ethnicity. You may end up being Nobody like I am based on your physical appearance, culture, heritage, how your last name sounds or is spelled. Don't bother to waste your time calling or going to view anything unless you are a specific racial background that they prefer to have living there.

I’ve been living here for about 4 years and absolutely love it here. Everyone is friendly and the staff go above and behind to really make this place feel like home. Their resident events are always a blast and they keep the grounds up to date. From replacing a shower head to power washing your balcony, the maintenance staff are always here to help. Keep up the great work and thank you for providing a safe and friendly community here!

Been a resident here for three years. Recently I went to put some things into my storage unit. Open it to find that it is full of stuff that do not belong to me. Call up the leasing office to tell them about this and they say they will look into it and get back to me. I’m told that the stuff in there belongs to the previous occupants of the townhome next to me who was evicted. It’s Friday evening and maintenance(the maintenance team is great by the way) is off for the weekend and it will be cleaned out Monday. Monday comes and goes as does the rest of the week and the stuff is still in there. I call up the office and the manager says o we forgot we will get that taken care of Monday. Monday comes and it does get removed. Property manager calls and offers me free upgrades to my unit like blinds, carpet, vinyl, bathroom remodel, ceiling fan, and kitchen countertop. I do not want or need these things i instead ask for a one time $50 off my rent for the month. She says we do not do concessions on rent. Also says she will contact the district manager and she what she says but she will likely say the same since I have not used my storage unit since I have been here. Didn’t hear back from her after that. I did receive a phone call asking me to unlock my storage unit so maintenance can get in there and to fix the water spigot in there, I do not have to rush to do this I can take the week to get that done. There is no water spigot in the storage unit. Time passes and I call her to ask what the district manager said. She says her and I already had this conversation and the district manager says no concession on the rent. That conversation between her and I did not happen. I call the district manager and leave a voicemail. The following day the district manager’s assistant calls and leaves a voicemail saying the district manager will give me a call tomorrow about my issue. Tomorrow comes and my phone rings and says “no caller id”. Curious about who would call me from a blocked number, I answered and indeed it is the district manager. I first ask about storage units. Are they apart of the apartment? She says yes, I then proceed to tell her about the issue. She says o well we don’t do concessions on rent. I’ll call the property manager and see what she has to say. I say she is saying the same thing as you. That then is the end of the call.

I've lived in Price Brothers properties for over 10 years and Louisburg Square for 6 months. The maintenance staff and management have been fantastic. I've had two relatively minor maintenance calls and on both occasions the team was fixing the issue same day. One fix required a unique part and the team followed up with me to fix the issue within two days.Great service, older but well maintained units, lots of space, quiet.
