As a first time home buyer Brittani was informative, extremely communicative, and beyond amazing. As someone who utilized a VA loan, she went above and beyond to help the sellers understand that accepting an offer from someone utilizing a VA loan isn't a negative (the perception is out there). Brittani was able to put together and provide me the best rate and easiness to what can be considered a very stressful time with educating me every step of the way!

Brittani was very very annoying. She got us our DREAM home and made the process unbelievably easy and fun … she’s the kind of professional that works evenings and weekends to make things happen quickly so we could close on time!!
