Twenty three years ago I bought panties at Lane Bryant. They are worn out and I needed some new ones. Found what I wanted, but was disappointed in the lack of personal service I was used to.

They always have my bra size. I am not a plus size woman, but I do buy bras from there. I sometimes wish I could fit their clothes because the styles that I see in the store are really cute!

Came in bra shopping with my neice and was VERY happy with the care we were given. Lauren helped us, and she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Lauren, for helping us out!

I was less than impressed with the customer I received, or rather the lack ofcustomer service I received. There were two employees and one client at the register (located in the back of the store). One employee was cashier the other employee was standing behind the cash wrap area talking to the cashier and the client . At this point I have been in the store 2 to 3 minutes and no one has said hello or asked me if I required assistance. I continued looking at merchandise for another few minutes and still no one bothered to say a word to me. As a customer and a former retail employee this is not ok! Clients should feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping in your store, not feel ignored and irrelevant. I will not shop at this location again

We were in the store 20 or 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. Only one dressing room had a lock, and when the lady finally came over to ask if we needed something she was rude. During check out she was rude as well. Do not recommend.
