Worst experience i have ever had. Waited over an hour for the extremely rude receptionist to tell me i had to leave and could not proceed. After and HOUR of waiting. Never returning

I arrived at precisely 4:30PM.Couldn't exact entrance, so I called the office. Received automated message that it was closed. Despite 4:45 posted close time on Google.

The older lady who drew my blood with the frog scrubs was unkind. Very short with me, stated "I didn't tell you that you could sit down, now did I?" Barked orders at me the whole time: Stand up, sit down, face the wall, left arm" don't think I will be returning here.

If you have the option to get lab work elsewhere, do it. This office always has a lack of appointment times, and the people who work here are not friendly and want you in and out. No compassion.

My appointment today was wonderful. I used the Checkin from my phone and walked in when I got a text to say they were ready. The lady at the front desk was helpful. The phlebotomist was cheerful and very nice. I have been here 2 times in the past with less than stellar customer service but LabCorp and their new staff have turned this location around and were lovely!

The absolute rudest most unkind human beings ever. Not helpful at all. I was a self pay patient and they refuse to take payment at this location and refuse to tell you how much the tests are at all. They gave my billings number after two requests and the billing department for lab corp advised me to speak to a supervisor because that was not their practice. They don’t have a supervisor according to the two people who work there. I went to the location at OPR hospital and had a great experience.

Easy to find, got right in with my scheduled appt, receptionist was accommodating when I forgot my paper lab orders and was able to get the info off my phone. I am a NERVOUS wreck when I get my blood drawn. Phlebotomist was quite short with me but I was adamant about needing to lie down and she accommodated. Was able to find a vein first try and no complaints with the actual blood work part. I was extremely nervous after reading reviews but this place in OK in my book.

Updated with July 6, 2022 appointment: The receptionist and phlebotamist were very friendly. However, I had another bad experience with results. I gave them 2 orders, one for a COVID Spike Protein Antibody Test, and the other for 5 different blood levels. Two days later, they had only done the antibody test and one of the blood levels. They totally blew it and did not do 4 of the tests. Therefore my doctor was unable to make a judgment and adjust my medication. That's it, I'm done with this location, and with LabCorp. Going to another lab company today to get the tests run that should have been run last week. Extremely irritating and terrible service!!!June 30, 2022 appointment: I had a very good experience with the personnel at this location in terms of greeting me and taking my blood. I made an appointment and my wait time was minimal (5 minutes). Both the front desk person and the phlebotomist were pleasant. Both were masked, and masks are required of patients and workers (thank goodness). But after that good interaction, their service broke down. My endocrinologist at a nationally known clinic in another state requested results in 24 hours so she could modify my post-surgery medication levels. After 24 hours no results were posted. I called this location, and the person who answered responded immediately that it would be 4 more days! I asked her if she would check my records, and she said she knew it would be 4 days. When I reported no results to my endocrinologist's office, they called them, and suddenly they had the results. It appears that the office person just didn't want to check on my results -- I'm not happy about that. So that's why I graded them a 3.

Incredibly rude, unkind, unwelcoming and uncommunitive. The absolute worst experience I have had at a Labcorp across 4 states. I asked a question while checking in and although 3 people were behind the counter and no one else was in the office but me they just flat out ignored my question about fasting. Then when I said to the phlebotomist.. "before we start, this is the vein that...." and she was ignoring what I was saying and brought up the needle and jabbed me in the finger with zero apology. Also masks are required but hers was so ill-fitting I could see all of her nose and lips through the top of it. Wildly unprofessional all around! I would tell you names but not one of them had a name tag or introduced themselves. It's worth driving further to avoid this place!

This office is very easy to get in and out of. They are never too awful busy.
