Worst experience ever. Honestly I used to work for Labcorp (same manager) different location. I left because the staff was AWFUL to eachother and to patients. So I needed a Labcorp and decided to use a different location than the one I worked. TERRIBLE awful customer service. I’m not sure how Labcorp chooses their employees but my goodness, the girl in the front , black girl with two braids, awful attitude, not trying to understand my situation (I’m a very hard stick) and total brushed me off with no patient care at all. Stephanie should be ashamed at the locations she’s running. Do not recommend this location at all unless you don’t mind total stuck up attitudes from the phlebotomist drawing your blood.

Super quick just don’t use the text sign in because they just yell your name and never send a text. Luckily I went inside when I said here.

Very quick and friendly. Got me back before my appointment time and had me out at the time my appointment was scheduled for. Very nice and sociable staff and the place was clean and tidy. No issues, and super quick. Can't ask for much more than that!

The phlebotomist I saw - her name was Tierra I believe - was amazing! I always warn providers that I have a history of passing out with blood draws and I hate to be "that" patient. She was very sweet and kept me distracted by chatting and was very quick with everything too!

Say they sent my records to my primary care physician but I dont have one. Wont upload my information to the portal either, going on over a month now. Keep getting the run around. I am going to pay an appointment cancellation fee today because I am going to see a new doctor for the 1st time to discuss the results, but now I dont have them. I waited over a month for this appointment to top it off.Thanks, never using your lab services again.
