Very helpful staff . Available but not pushy . Lindsay was our sales person . She was on top of her game . The entire staff seemed to work well together. The store has the best options and selections in various price ranges . We have tried other recliners,and they have come up sort . We are loyal buyers hopefully you will never sacrifice your quality service and products as so many other companies have . You’re worth every extra upfront penny because you deliver long lasting value .

The staff was honest, courteous, patient and quite knowledgeable. Showroom was clean and well organized with lots of stock and ideas to choose from. Best shopping experience of six furniture stores we’ve visited within 60 miles of greater Kansas City.
Of course we made what we felt was a sizeable purchase! A nice couch with a custom picked color and fabric along with a beautiful comfortable slider/rocking chair that compliments and adds some “pop” to our custom built sofa. People! This is “The Place”!

Lyndsay was very helpful in assisting us in selecting our living room couch and chairs. She asked the right questions to help us figure out what we liked or didn’t like. She was professional and attentive and well organized in helping us connect with their in store room designer. We are scheduled for next week for the designer to come to our house.
