Shopped for some time found an item on sale. Was there with dozen other of same under armor mens shirts.
Didn't ring up at sale price
Cashier basically said tough. Showed him as was 10 ft away. Suggested he have them moved he could not care in the least
Will never spend money at kohls have better things to do with my time

Understaffed - super long lines the tomes ive gone, generally with only one cashier and one employee in customer service. They even have half the entrances permanently closed
But at least you can return Amazon orders here

Each time I shop at the Kohl’s Overland Park location, I receive courteous, treatment. The store is well lit and clean and organized. I’ve never had to wait in line for an extended amount of time when checking out. Cashiers frequently check to see who’s waiting in line, and even the associates in returns/customer service step up to help when the line seems a bit long.
One of the cashiers, sorry I don’t know her name, seems quite pleasant and eager to make sure people and enjoy a satisfactory end to their shopping experience.
Karima, the cashier who helped me apply for my Kohl’s card seemed very knowledgeable about and genuinely concerned that I had all the information needed to apply. And answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.

My Reward credit didn’t show up and apply at checkout at Kohls. I called customer services and they said their system had put a different email in my file, so tough luck. They suggested the only remedy was for me to open a new account. I asked to talk to a manager and they said OK they would call me back within 30 minutes. Well, I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for a call. Looks like I am done with Kohls.

Not a great shopping experience as they didn't have several items that i was looking for. Also, their coupons are not good on major brand names. The available selection of things is not as good as it used to be.

This store feels more like a discount store than a department store. Low stock, few employees - no longer fun to shop at. Housewares is a joke. Even the Amazon return area looked like junk. Take Sephora out - they never have stock anyway. For Overland Park - this store has a long way to go and needs to up their game to survive.
