The sales staff didn’t bother getting off their chairs to talk with us. The selection of bath tubs and showers were very limited. We left very dissatisfied with the customer service.

I was working with a high end remodel company and purchased a beautiful sink from here. No one told me or my designer when we picked it out, how high maintenance it is. You can not leave water sitting in it at all or it leaves water marks. Can’t leave WATER IN A SINK?! So by the time I had moved in, it was already messed up from the plumber installing the faucet and not knowing about the issue. My husband is also sick of wiping it out after each use. He forgot the other night and that long mark is from some soap, that will not come out. I wasted $2K on this sink that I now need to replace after only living in my house for one month.

Super slow customer service. When we walked in there we two ladies at the front desk assisting one customer. We walked around for about twenty minutes before we were acknowledged even being in this small store. The customer left and we were ignored. One of the workers walked past us to make herself a cup of coffee. I would have left but my husband liked the sinks. So far, I am not impressed.

Interesting showroom for Kohler. They use different products to showcase and there are some items on sale but I would say this is more for higher end products and showcase new products and styles. Great place for decorative ideas.

We just finishing a remodel of our basement and Alicia was outstanding as she guided us through our options. We had a couple of issues arise that required changes and she was able to accommodate our needs. Kudos to her and the rest of the Kohler team.

I’d like to respond to the review from Tyler, owner of Pro Guard Home Improvements. I’m the customer he was referring to in his review and though some items were back ordered, he had all the valves needed to start the project within a week. There WAS a slight delay due to Covid but the actual fixtures weren’t even needed for more than 60 days because they couldn’t be installed until after the tile and countertops were finished.Tyler and his team were given diagrams with pictures and dimensions for every fixtures for each individual bathroom and additional installation instructions came with each piece. Unfortunately they didn’t bother to read them because when it came time to install the fixtures they found out theyinstalled all the shower valves incorrectly so the walls behind all 3 showers had to be cut out to reinstall them. What’s worse is the tub was installed too far from the floor mounted tub filler so they had to cut out part of the new heated tile floor as well as the living room ceiling below to move the tub filler. Tyler or his workers stole or threw out several of our Kohler fixtures, one was a shower wand that we had to reorder and there were 4 towel bars 3 robe hooks and a toilet paper holder which will end up costing us over $500 to replace.I would trust very little that Tyler from Pro Guard Home Improvements has to say. Not only did our 3 month project take 6 months to complete, after we moved in and found all the problems, we called Tyler to come back and fix the multiple issues (no insulation replaced above the bathrooms, heated floors not working, cracked tiles, wires cut to the electrical outlets, bad patch in the living room ceiling, etc.) but he says he’s no longer in business.As for Kohler, we have several more bathrooms that we plan to do partial remodels on and we’re so happy with the quality of the Kohler fixtures, tile, our sales rep Beth and Kohler customer service that we’ll definitely be returning to them for future projects.Here are a few pictures showing Tyler‘s shoddy workmanship and also how beautiful our Kohler showers turned out.

Alisha Carter was a delight with whom to work! We ordered a lot from your store after pricing the same items on-line, big box stores, etc. I was surprised that a showroom would be cheaper, but every item was less than I could get elsewhere, and I checked.The only caveat is a 25% restocking fee, which Alisha was clear in explaining. I only ordered when I was sure.I liked the advice on how it would look and function, and the various options. She was able to knowledgeably order all the pieces for the shower assembly/sprayer, as well as the sink faucet and other accessories, all delivered to the house within a few days.I found Alisha responsive, efficient, well-trained and very pleasant. Ask for her.

Beth was super helpful! Spent all the time we needed with us. Offered tons of suggestions. Very knowledgable about home design and her product line, a true pro. Made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend this store.

Wow—fast, stunning results and reduced STRESS, thanks to Matt and this store! Three times in a row he found the hottest Kohler faucet designs that all the other retailers were out of, he BEAT everyone else’s price, and each arrived 1 to 3 days later! Personalized service in a shop full of kitchen and bath eye candy—WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE???!!! Thank you Matt and the Leawood Kohler store, and goodbye to Big Boxes and sight unseen online ordering!

First, the thing that was going to take a week actually took 6 weeks and I still ended up with the wrong stuff 2 times. The plumbing company that was contacted by them was great and had the correct parts in stock the whole time and was able to fix this horrible store's mistakes. Then I got billed twice for the install. At that time, they took care of the install charges. Fine but now, several weeks later, I have been billed twice again. You will notice that the good reviews are from 3 years ago. The new ones are 1 star. Probably because you cannot do negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE.

Beautiful top of the line products - and incredibly helpful staff - I was about to purchase a product that I thought was cool. I loved it. The staff here pointed out some pros AND cons related to that product in my particular space. Saved me some heart ache. They helped me find something better - actually cheaper. I respect that.

Our rep has been very hands on but the overall kohler performance has resulted in our high end customers finished project being delayed well over a month now. Everything shipped is individual from sink faucets, shower valves, finishes, handles, and things never show up together. It's been an absolute disaster for us who are on a schedule. Do not rely on their ship dates or product availability for your customers and do not start your projects until you receive them because you never know when that may be. Our project with Kohler has not been pleasant at all.

So I had stopped in here several time as I am working to design my bathroom, the rep asked me if she could help me, yet she wouldn't take her eyes off the computer screen. She needs to learn a little something about customer service. The other time I had stopped in the other people were helpful, I guess when you get poor service your more likely to post a negative review.
