I applied at this job 3 months ago and couldn’t get a interview so I had my friend put everything I put down on my application but put his race as white and he got an interview in a week so I called the store to speak to the manager and he just said I was lying and kept screaming at me saying what can I help you with disregarding my first statement he mad it clear he didn’t want to talk to me about it

This place is great if you need a new suit for any occasion. The cost is reasonable and they have a really nice selection. I will certainly go back there!

I was here this morning April the 20th, 2024 around 11:30. I asked an African American bald man who works to help me out find a suit. He said hold on and went to the alteration room did NOTHING and came back going to another corner to be on his phone. WHAT A DISGRACE. Why is he supposed to come to work. Get rid off him. But the lady on the check out counter was wonderful. She greeted us when we walked in while checking some one out and greeted us with actual work “ thank you for coming in, have a blessed day “

Nice place to get my dad's walking suits... I shopped here on Saturday April 13 .The Tailors in the back aggravated me some... I told both gentlemen I needed two inches taken off of the waist of some pants . They acted as if what I was asking was something that could not be understood.... It was even suggested by the Tailors for me to take the pants home and have my Dad try them on first. I know my father's measurements and knew what I wanted the Tailors to do I almost walked away to return the pants when the tailor finally agreed to my measurements after this the tailor asked when I wanted to pick up the pants I told him my dad's birthday was the following Saturday and I'll like to pick them up before then. He told me they will be ready whenever I'm ready to pick them up. I then said I'll pick them up the next day (which would have been Sunday) the tailor then told me it can pick them up on Tuesday ??..... In the future I hope they can be compliant with what services I'm requiring.

This is the second time I came into this store . The first time I came in was about a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to get measured. The Taylor in the back told me to find the personwith the measuring tape. I did and ,he didn't even measure, just said some random number and said oh that's me. Really I asked to be measured so I know exactly what I am dealing with, he was really rude when he told me as if I am bothering him,I thank him and left, then preceded to go to Dillards, guy over there measured me and wrote my sizes down . Now today I needed to match a pair of pants with a suit I have. First thing the bald guy says is they can't match,like it's impossible, you couldn't look up the name tag ? Just shook my head again, and wonder why did I even come here, personal here are not the friendliest, won't go out there way to help and just has a bad aura around them
So I went across the street to Dillards again guy look up the suit,suggested which one told me the name of color and offered to order. Just saying I give them a 1 star because of professionalism behavior is atrocious. Definitely think I could get find another store.

Talked to a man on the phone to see if they had what I wanted. Came in and everyone was super nice. Me and the employee were chopping it up about high school. Highly recommend.

Got a suit at a fair price. The quality of the suits aren't high but they do have s decent selection.The sizing isn't accurate so try the suit on there.
