The customer service was superb. They patiently assisted me with choosing a nice plant as a birthday gift and this was all done over the phone. Delivery was within a couple of hours. I highly recommend.

I was dealing with another florist, ordered a large arrangment for a funeral for an employee's grandmother. The funeral was at 10 a.m. today, and at 10:30 they email that they could not deliver and the was canceled. I spoke with Kathleens Florist' the staff was outstanding and did everything to help make the situation better. The young lady I spoke with even texted me pictures of the card that was included. She was was great and above and beyond to make sure we received the best customer service. She was even able to deliver a new plant to our staff members home today!

Very disappointed in floral arrangement received. I live out of town and ordered a sympathy bouquet for a family member that recently lost a loved one. While the arrangement was pretty, it was not to the level of quality that was pictured on the website and that I believed would be delivered. Based on the picture my family member sent to me it was drastically smaller. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

Friendly customer service, beautiful flowers, and a fast delivery time! I called them in the late morning and a beautiful bouquet was delivered later that afternoon!

I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day over two weeks in advance. Well, it's Valentine's Day and past noon and she still hasn't gotten anything.I called to check why that is and was told they deliver flowers from 8am-5pm. This wasn't listed anywhere on their website. Every other business I've ordered flowers from has always prioritized AM delivery and would communicate to the customer if that wouldn't occur.Hopefully the flowers actually show up today, but I won't be using this business again. I may as well have ordered my wife nothing until this morning if they're delivering them in the PM. It makes us both look bad.

Beautiful flowers and excellent service! I ran into issues with overseas payment while trying to send flowers to my long-distance partner for Valentine's Day, and they were very reactive and kind in helping me sort it out even at a time when they must have been exceedingly busy. Kathleen’s Florist did a wonderful job with the funeral bouquet I ordered! Not only were the flowers lovely and fresh, the composition was just what I asked for - yellow, red and white in memory of my brother-in-law’s love of the KC Chiefs. Kathleen’s also delivered the bouquet on time despite the heavy snowstorm the night before. So pleased with the flowers and the friendly and caring customer service. Highly recommend!

Rebecca and their fabulous delivery driver (did not catch the driver's name, sorry!) We're incredibly kind and patient despite the fact I screwed up the delivery address. 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you both!
