Kristin was the very best! We went to several places looking for our wedding rings and felt pressured and was just horribly uncomfortable. By the time we went to Karats we had a plan on how to escape and where just done for the day. She flipped it all around for me, no pressure st all was was patient with me (as I didn't know much about jewelry) We will never go anywhere else and are insanely happy with our rings!
