I reached out to Crystal to mop up some back tax issues in January. By the time I had all my papers collected and all the required info was retrieved from the IRS, it was April. I emailed to ask her about payment arrangements, and didn't hear back. Not a single call or email was returned. Finally, six weeks later, I went by her office to collect my papers and take them to someone who would get the job done. Crystal never responded to any of my phone calls beyond the initial consultation, and her receptionist confirmed she had not touched my case once everything had been sent to her. Choosing Kansas City Tax Mediation cost me time and money I didn't have to waste.

Been doing my taxes here for about 3 or 4 years. Great place to get them done! Very friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend them. Crystal is the best!

great company helped me get a 12 year old tax problem resolved with no issues or problems and great pricing compared to some national companies they were all very professional and knowledgeable will be using them for my taxes from now on

I went to KC Tax mediation as soon as I received the IRS notice. I met with Scott and he went to work on my case that day! In no time at all he was able to get a handle on my case and resolve my problems. The best thing about this experience was there was upfront information as well as updates all through the process. I felt very at ease and was confident in their efforts. He did exactly what he said he would. Highly recommended!

I have used the "so called big tax companies", and paid big money too,and never got my tax problem resolved, they just waned more money. I heard Kansas City Tax Mediation's commercial on the radio, so I said to my self can't hurt. So I called. Boy was I surprised, I made a appointment I sat face to face with Scott, and in 1 hour he solved my problem with the IRS, and at a fraction of the cost.

Reality far surpassed my expectations. 7+ years non filed, $90,000 dollars claimed by IRS! Scott got me back in the system with $16,000 owed and payment setup for far less than one of his competitors down payment request. Had I known it would have been this painless, I truly would have eliminated the situation earlier than I did. What really surprised me was that Scott apparently only compensated himself for the time he worked on my problem, not what it was worth to me to have my problem solved!!! Thank You Scott, I do appreciate your integrity and ethics, been a long time since I have not had to screen my calls!!!

GREAT SERVICE!!! I had 4 years of unfiled state taxes to the state of Missouri, A garnishment was placed on my bank account. I did not know where to turn. Frustrated. I remembered the radio ad I had heard for KC Tax Mediation. I decided to call. I met Scott the very same evening. I told him about my problem. Within 24 hours I had access to MY money! He filed my back taxes and now I can move on with my life without fear of anymore state garnishments!!! Thank you Scott!
