I needed a nebulizer because I had post viral cough and was prescribed medication that required a nebulizer but didn't come with one! Annoying. Anyway, I heard KC Home Medical Supply sold nebulizers without a prescription (I brought mine just in case) and they do. The person there was helpful, they helped me get what I needed to take my medication. A nebulizer will run you about $50 at the time of this review, they do not bill insurance. Hopefully this information helps someone.

My mom and I went there yesterday for a cushion and my mom asked if they took insurance. The women who worked there rudely told her that they didn’t take insurance. There customer service is terrible. We are never going to come back to this company.

My husband and I went prior to his knee replacement...They are so nice and so helpful, making sure we had what we needed. The 'lesson" on getting compression hose on was extremely helpful...we have struggled in the past with those!Prices very reasonable also, but the personal attention is the star!

I was in town visiting this past weekend and had forgotten my cpap mask. I went into KC Home Medical Supply to pick up another one. The model I've used for years was out of stock. The nice lady working recommended a similar mask. With no other option, I bought the different model. I am very pleased to report the new mask is so much better than my old mask. Thank you so much for your recommendation and help.

When my elderly father took a life-changing fall, KC Home Medical was a beacon of empathy and professionalism as we tried to navigate all that was needed. They even delivered a wheelchair on a Saturday when that is clearly outside their standard delivery hours. A week later, when we determined the first wheelchair wasn't quite right (no fault of KC Home Medical), they refunded me the week's rental without my even asking and got a new chair out to my dad within a few hours. Wonderful staff, wonderful store.

I was desperate to find some way to get daily weights on my Mother (who is unable to stand steady on scales). This place came through with a solution. I think I literally called almost every medical supply store and kept getting told "we don't have anything we can rent you to help you-sorry....good luck!". I wish I could remember the name of the guy I talked to who handled this for me...he was at the northland location, and hooked me up with this location for the pick up---a hoyer lift with a scale attached. Works like a charm. Perfect solution.

Amazing service!!!!! They where able to get a power cord for my C-pap from another store so I didn't have to run around the KC metro. I travel for work and having business do that for me was amazing!
