Went with DIL and grandson. Disappointed with the pricing on most of it. Used clothing was way higher than it should have been. Lots of damaged shoes, books in bad shape, etc. I wouldn't go back and don't think she would either. We went in with high hopes too

I was blown away by how easy my experience consigning with JBF has been! This is my first time consigning with JBF, but I’ve consigned for several years with another local consignment sale.
From drop off to item pick up, everything has been more orderly and more convenient than with the other sale. Plus, my sales were literally twice as good! I was about to give up on consignment sales, because my past experiences have been so frustrating, but now I have hope again!!!
And bonus: I was able to pick up a few needed items for my family at amazing prices ?

As both a shopper and consignor I love doing the “girl math” and feeling like I’m either making money or breaking even! I sell things my kids don’t use or have outgrown and buy their next size or toys that are their new interest of the season without having to buy new! Super organized, wonderful service, and great finds. I do find it worth the money to buy the presale passes!

This was such a disappointment after hearing good things about these types of consignment sales. Everything I saw was WAY overpriced and dingy/dirty. Most of what I picked up was old, faded, matted and/or looked like it was one wash away from falling apart. I saw a hello kitty plush doll that at some point was white but looked like it had been rolled in an ash tray from the shade of gray it was, priced at $7. Clearly the 70-90% off retail savings they claim is just a gimmick to get you in there. If they genuinely believe that with the way the pricing was for what they had available, they need to do a more thorough job researching the price points as well as inspecting what it is they are selling. It was a huge waste of my time to go to this.

I have shopped and consigned at this sale for years. It’s consistently the best run and organized kid’s consignment sale in the city. I’ve always found great stuff for my kids at prices I could afford AND I’ve sold the items as they’ve outgrown them. WIN-WIN

I love going to these sales. I sell at them and shop at them. It's always so easy getting in and out of there. You definitely find some great deals too.

As with all consignment shopping, check over your items well before purchasing and shop early to find the best deals. This sale has a lot of items!

These days I cringe at the gas pump & the grocery checkout. But I was pleasantly surprised at how many clothes I was able to score at JBF-some of them new with tags! And they also make it easy to tag and sell items. Thanks JBF for making parenting-during-inflation a little easier!

With 3 kids, I had a LOT of clothes, toys, feeding supplies, etc that had piled up. I did not have time to clean, sort, tag, and deliver all of the things I had, so I opted to have one of the company's volunteers do it for me. That person receives a percentage of the profit. The shopping experience was a bit overwhelming, so give yourself plenty of time. The more you put into prepping your consignment items, the more $$ you'll walk away with. If you volunteer time, you can shop earlier than the crowds and have more choices. It's a great way to "level up" your stuff to get rid of the baby supplies and get new-to-you older kid things, but the vast majority of the sale is younger kids/baby things.
