The narrow entrance and exit are pretty bad, as other have mentioned, but the worst part is the terrible cleaning job. I chose the “Big top” option, and my car was left with slightly less dirt than before, and a 4-5” wide streak along both sides of the car that was completely missed. Definitely avoid.

Things like this rarely if ever bother me.. But, I can't believe they refused to refund $2.00 for something they did not do. Really $2.00? I refuse to ever come back to this establishment and will let everyone know about it.

paid to have interior and exterior cleaned.I had to ask attendants to wipe the inside of both back doors,cup holders,dry off spots in exterior,clean area surrounding wheels,re vacuum under the mats in back seats,the didn't even clean trunk at all!,clean wheels...omg...Service was not worth it at all...I literally supervised redoing for 15min.WTH??Am never going back

We have been down on our luck lately and had stopped to check out the K9 wash to see how much it is. The owner happened to pull in behind us and was incredible and so very nice. We got to wash my German Shepherd Xena and it was absolutely awesome. I definitely recommend this place to not only get your car washed but to wash your fur baby as well.

Check out the year at the annual memberships. A great price and all the washed you want. I sometimes go twice in one week. The people there, mostly young, are courteous and generally thorough and complete in their work.
