The one and only tax prep I trust. She is efficient, quick, on top of it all, and knows the best way to get you a refund. She has a very easy to use online system or in person meet-up. Pricing is reasonable. Really professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend here 1000000000x times over.

Do not recommend. This was our first time bringing taxes to a professional to do rather than using Turbo Tax and not only was Julie unprofessional and what I felt like was disrespectful towards us. She basically refused to do our taxes because she didn’t want to fill out information needed for reporting crypto and stock information. I quote “I don’t have time for this”. Go someone where else.

Julie is incredible and thoroughly professional. She has done our taxes for years and does a wonderful job. She even did a crazy year of 3 states when we left Kansas and went on the road Rving ultimately to Land in our final home. You cant go wrong with Julie!!

I did my son's taxes for him last year with an online "free" service and as simple as it seemed, I managed to mess it up and he got 2 letters from the IRS. Julie Dailey reassured me that she could easily address the issues and make it right. Plus, my son has now hired her to do his 2020 taxes LOL! It's great having a trusted, experienced tax lady to take care of us! Julie's fees are extremely fair for the work she has provided to us, including successfully defending my husband and me during an IRS audit. She now has an easy to use secure portal for forms which makes it super easy to upload them.

We hired her to give us tax advice and prepare our taxes. I switched jobs and had some other tax questions. I reached out to her multiple times and she literally refused to give any advice. She was totally unprofessional I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. If you are looking for a tax professional I would recommend hiring a CPA and forget about using her.

Best Tax Professional Ever! We have used Julie for many years now and she has always taken the utmost care in preparing our taxes. Her rates are fair and based on each person's unique circumstances. Our tax situation has varied a great deal over the years and her fees have fairly taken this into account. We sleep better knowing she's there should the need arise. One year we misplaced our charitable contribution receipts and Julie represented us to the IRS to back up our case. This is why you want a Tax Pro on your side. Sure you can find cheaper but you don't pick your surgeon by how cheap they are so why have your taxes prepared by comparing price. Again for peace of mind and ease Julie cannot be beat.

We used Julie for many years for our taxes. In the last few years the prices just kept going up and up. We no longer need to itemize our taxes so the preparation is much simpler. She charged us even more than before. This year she took it upon herself to do taxes for a family member that we did not ask her to do. This family member is in a nursing home and a ward of the State and therefore, has no income. Yet she tried to charge us for this work. We don't even know where she came up with information to do the taxes. I think she has gotten too big for her britches. We will not be helping her buy another corvette.

Julie Stands By Her Clients! She has done our taxes for the last seven years, and represented us successfully during an IRS audit. Her qualifications as an Enrolled Agent (EA) make her more experienced in taxes than many CPA's. She spends time to personally review our documents during a thorough interview, then explains everything in a second appointment when she has completed them. Her fees are fair and most importantly we have complete trust in her. She is truly an expert in her field.

I am a Notary as well and I do it for free. I would not be happy at all if someone gave us a bad review for something like that. Especially when they couldn't even make an appointment. Next time she should go to her bank! How rude!
