The most friendly, supportive, knowledgeable trainers I have ever worked with. I take massage therapy with JQ and PT boxing and in home training with Gary for PD. The gym is the best. Clean, well equipped and extremely welcoming. You wouldn't need to go anywhere else.

By far the best gym I've been to since moving to the Midwest. Staff is very kind and professional. Gym is always clean no matter what time of day. the equipment is up to date as well. I love this gym! Thanks guys!!

So happy to be a member of JQ’s for the past five years. I especially like the instructor led classes, which I attend three days a week… I need the motivation and coaching their instructors provide. New Location and facility upgrades at 89th and Metcalf are great!
JQ's BFit2 Gym and Fitness has now moved to a new BIGGER location. Located at 8721 Metcalf Avenue Overland Park KS 66212 the new gym boasts 5300 sq ft of floor space. New indoor turf functional training area (coming), instructor led and automated group training circuits, 24hr gym access, boxing stations, massage therapy, personal training and Rock Steady Boxing exercise classes for people with Parkinson's disease.
