Words cannot begin to express the top-notch, first class experience we had with Jonas Barrish! Our move was pretty unique but he made everything so easy and manageable. He leaves no detail undone, asks all the right questions, and is by far the most knowledgeable realtor we’ve ever worked with. He’s also a really good person and always aims to do right by his clients. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in KC! He’s literally the best!!!

This will be our third home transaction, as a buyer and seller. Two of those transactions have been with Jonas. He first helped us buy our first home years ago, then he just recently helped us sell this same home. Jonas is truly the best. As first time home buyers (from out of state), he walked us through everything so we learned from him and did not feel overwhelmed. He is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, honest, and his communication is beyond exceptional. We weren’t even the highest offer and we got the home. Jonas is an excellent negotiator also. I have never worked with anyone with Jonas’s work ethic, as he has always responded to me within 30 minutes. Selling the home was even smoother (again, selling from out of state). He presented all the comparables and walked us through the entire process of selling the home. I felt like I was aware of 100% of the process and if I had a question, it was already answered before I even had a chance to ask, like he knew what I was going to ask. If I did ask, I received an honest answer. I would recommend Jonas and his team 100% and wish I could use him with each of our moves.

Jonas is a solid realtor. He came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint in helping me sell my first house. Jonas is the Ultimate Professional! When we first met with Jonas, he came prepared with our neighborhood's demographics, comparable homes, and suggestions on how to sell our home to achieve maximum value when listing it. He also gave us invaluable assistance directing us to the best Lenders. Most importantly, he was incredibly knowledgeable easy to work with and stayed involved all thru the process. If we had a question, he responded within 30 minutes or less. He updated us immediately if he had any update once the home hit the market. Boss Realtor, direct, caring, and all-around good dude. If you are looking for a realtor that encompasses these qualities, look no further. I have successfully worked with Jonas buying and selling four different houses. Honestly what first drew me to him was his sign in someone else's yard that read "Too Late". This was probably ten+ years ago. When I hire a realtor, I want someone who's honest, to the point, and when he walks in a house with you, the other realtors know he's going to ask the tough questions. Plus, he looks like a mob boss. He's not going to miss anything. He takes the time to get to know who you are and what is important to you. Of course it's up to you to make the final decision, but he's your partner. He will walk you through each and every process, help you find the right lenders and vendors, and after it's all over, he's the one I call to ask even the smallest of questions. I won't ever work with anyone other than him.

We bought AND sold with Jonas and even at the height of our emotion, Jonas was calm, caring and our protector. With the endless selling prep, new home search, the buy and sell process and 2 closings, Jonas tracked like a laser and not once did he drop a ball. He kept us on track with his no nonsense approach, wicked good humor and 24/7 availability.With over 13,000 realtors in the area, it’s not like we didn’t have a choice. But think about it- when we choose someone to represent us, this person is invited into your life to muck around in a super emotional experience, they see your sometimes not so rational side, they have to be experts where we aren’t, cross every T, and hit deadlines. All while making it look like it is just another day. We met Jonas and within 10 minutes, we knew he would be selling our home. Jonas is masterful in every aspect of the home buying process. I've encountered few professionals in life with the same grasp of their field as Jonas-- it's an art form to him, yet he makes it seem effortless. As a first-time homebuyer, Jonas went well beyond our expectations by advising us on everything from contractors to design aesthetics and the intricacies of paint finish and fixtures in a Brookside house (and he still does, even post-close).
