Tried charging higher then other company for full coverage. Couldn't find business that address shown on my GPS. Called number and was closed. So I went to different company and got almost 50.00 cheaper then progressive. Plus more coverage for less money. Glad I did more research!

LOVE LOVE LOVE her so very much!!! She was ready and willing to get us the best policies for our home and auto for the best prices! Plus took extra care of us to ensure that we had an umbrella policy to add a little extra coverage for us. Jodi is very attentive and listens to your needs/wants out of your insurance. She’s just a hood down to earth person that genuinely takes pride in what she does and helping people.Plus she saved us a ton a year!!! You can’t beat that!!

I was with this agent for 6 weeks after being a State Farm customer for 24 years. We recently moved to Kansas and did not receive the level of State Farm customer service that we were accustomed to. We were surprised on too many occasions during the 6 weeks and chose to go with another agent.

I can not in good conscience recommend this State Farm agent or office.1) Don't ever expect to call in and speak to someone in real time. You will ALWAYS have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.2) You will never actually talk to your agent, Jodi. And your reps will change every claim.3) Lisa in particular has been rude and condescending to me each time I've spoken with her. She also was so busy telling me that I was wrong, that she never even asked what my concern was, or the coverage policy in reference.4) They will not let you know if your policy coverage has changed, and things that were covered before, are no longer covered, except by postal mail, in a regular envelope. Learn from my mistake and read your policies from them carefully.I have been with State Farm for as long as I've been insured, and never been more disappointed by an office. I will be staying with State Farm, but taking my coverage to a different agent.
