Jim aided in the process of finding our family our first home. We could not recommend him enough! He was incredible! As first time home buyers, we knew very little about the process and was quickly overwhelmed with the financial side. He took his time to explain every detail throughout the process. Jim Yarrington, knows the loan business. I was self employed and needed to pull money out of an investment property and I needed to set up a big line of credit on my personal residence. I had spoke to a couple other lenders and they couldn't help me. I met with Jim and he was able to get both loans completed at very competitive rates.
