Please read this review carefully!
We have worked with Jason's agency for decades without filing a homeowners claim in any form. During this period Jason has expanded his operation from one location to three, and more importantly moved his focus from customers like you and I to commercial accounts and financial planning. He now relies on his staff to take care of the local stuff so he can do other (I assume more important) tasks.
As a result of his apparent lack of attention, we ran into a legitimate condo policy denial ($15,000) that never should have happened. Either 1) his staff failed to amend a policy review request in 2023 per my instructions, 2) failed to notify me that the change could not be made per my instructions so that I could shop the policy, or 3) the claims people a Allstate purposefully denied the claim without sufficient consideration.
The days of "good hands" may have been changed to another gesture I suppose.
If you choose to stay with this agency, make sure you ask questions and keep copies of all communication.

Eric Tipton was the agent that helped me get a homeowners and auto policy. I looked into other insurance companies and he gave me an outstanding deal. He is very professional and informative, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at Jason Park-Allstate. After our previous agent retired, her accounts, including ours, were transferred to this office. Reaching someone is a major challenge, and when we finally did, we discussed our policies and scheduled another call. However, I had to follow up, and when the representative/agent (David) contacted me, it was clear he had no recollection of our prior discussions. Then, I was passed to another representative (Alyssa) who provided information we weren't asking for regarding our policies and had no clue why we contacted them. When I requested to talk with Jason, the owner, she mentioned he has other things to do, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Despite our request to talk with the owner, neither he nor his team contacted us again. This complete lack of responsiveness and disregard for client concerns is unacceptable. Reliable and attentive customer service is crucial for any insurance agency, and Jason Park-Allstate has failed in this regard. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Joshua Hughes is the best insurance agent I have worked with, He was very kind, attentive and understands your requirement. He was very much approachable throughout my policy buying. Even though I had better quotes from another company, Josh was able to match it. I had a really good experience working with Josh.

This agency auto renewed a policy with auto payment on a totaled vehicle on 3/28/23. If I didn't notice myself this would have continued for years. I was only reimbursed for 6 out of the 10 months. Jason conveyed to me that he did everything he could, so my only option is to accept that the additional $400.00 is gone. I am not sure what I am more frustrated with the negligence that caused this to happen or the entire lack of accountability and/or customer service.

I used State Farm, Geico, and Progressive. Allstate now offers very competitive prices and coverage. I spoke with John, and he was able to assist me and answer all of my questions. Big thanks to Kasie Gerstner for all of my follow-up questions and insurance.

I have been a customer of Jason's office for several years. Anyone in the office is able to help whenever needed. You feel like you are the only customer, not just a number. I would happily recommend this Allstate office.

Im surprised they want my feed back. Your office is crooked as they come. Your bank account is in good hands with these theives. Keep an eye on your renewals, dont delete nothing before you copy it. They will make changes to your account TAKE what they thinks owed from your bank account and hope you won't catch it etc. You have been warned!!!!.

I used to work for this agency-my experience the first few months of working there was great, until I did not get paid for the time I worked because I was absent for mandatory court trials while in a domestic violence situation. I also got harassed by my former boss to come into the office after I quit to return some property, but mainly so she could lecture me because she believed I "abandon my job" when she knew the days I was gone for court, or absent from illness-all because I did not return a phone call from a voicemail that she felt she needed to leave on my mother's cell phone (while I was a grown adult). This was years ago. I did return all the property to another manager at a different office as told later, but yet today am getting harassed by a completely different lady in the company about returning power cords they accused me of having. She sent emojis, said "lol" and was completely unprofessional about asking for property back (that I don't even/never even had). It took me correcting her asking if she had the correct person for her to double check who she was accusing to realize she was accusing the wrong person, to which she laughed. I have always kept quiet about how they treated me while I was involved in court cases for the domestic violence I went through, but to accuse me of having their property so carelessly years later is unprofessional and very wrong. Do not trust these folks, they typically always are unprofessional-the only professional person I knew out of the entire company was Jason (the owner).

Worked with Alyssa on some insurance on a newly bought 2nd car. Alyssa was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have been with Allstate for around 40 years and will not change.
