Dave, Al, Jessica, and Rene were all fantastic to work with. I had an idea of a custom piece in mind when I went into the store and they were very helpful in helping to make sure it was designed beautifully. It turned out better than I imagined because of their expert guidance.
My fiancé loves the ring and I'll highly recommend thise folks in the future.

Just so you know I am very particular. I am a salesman so you aren't gonna sell me on anything. Jessica didn't try to sell me she actually took the time and listened to the details of what I was looking for and gave me options to choose from. That's customer service at its finest. I will definitely be coming back for my next timepiece purchase so will my friends and family.
