I would stay far away from renting from this place. I provided my renters insurance declarations page so i wouldn't be charged for their insurance. My policy renewed in September and instead of reaching out to obtain the new policy, they just charged me for the insurance.When u decided to move my stuff to a different storage place because the price was more reasonable, I went online to cancel. As they stated i should. I cancelled and asked them to stop charging me for rent. They still charged me for the following month of storage Ana's don't do refunds. I would consider this theft as i specifically asked them not to charge my account.Stay away from them. Go with the orange competitor instead.

The location was clean and the Manager was very helpful. She spoke clearly and gave me excellent directions for how everything works and what to do. Makayla is very knowledgeable, professional and very customer friendly!

I cannot thank Makayla enough for how helpful she’s been to me over the course of the last year and a half. I was getting ready to move out of state and needed to store some of my belongings, she was fantastic! Makayla went out of her way to not only help me with my things, but also point me in the direction of some good places to eat and to start looking to rent! I can't thank her enough!
