We love steak night on Thursdays. 8 oz strip steak, green beans, baked potato and a roll for $10!! I do shop Hy-Vee on their ads, but I'm no longer a one grocery store shopper now that I am retired and on a fixed income!!

The store is really, really nice. The prices were much higher than Walmart or Aldi. If you want to pay extra for a fine shopping experience, this is your place. If you have a large family and are looking to reduce your grocery bill, this isn't going to work for you.

They have a very good selection of goods. Prices are still a little higher compared to Dillons in Wichita.

This used to be my go to grocery store to pick things up on the way home after work. But since the eliminated the self check out stands, you are needing to wait in lines again no matter how many items you have. I just went in todayfor some bread and ended up waiting 15 minutes to check out. Why would they get rid of the self check out lanes? Time to start shopping at price chopper which is also on my way home.

We only stop in for the marbled cookies and to browse the old fashioned candy section. Then we grab a bite to eat at wahlburgers, so for us we have a pretty good experience. I don't like how they changed the menu items, the peppered jam burger was fire

We had a wonderful experience here. The place is huge, has a great selection, everything is tidy and well stocked, and the employees were very friendly! The bathrooms are labeled to also have a place for "mothers," but I didn't use them to confirm. It's a great sized parking lot. There's a Starbucks and a Wahlberger's inside. I would recommend and go back.

Avoid older lady Mary she has accused me of steeling twice. Do not use self checkouts at 135th Hy-Vee as she will question everything and never apologize when she is wrong and makes you recheck everything if she thinks you did something. Seriously I am going to try and steel $2 of stuff. To buy 4 items add about 20 minutes of time if she is near. Today I paid $3 a six pack extra for Caffeine free Diet Coke just to make her go away. I bought 5 six packs and I will not be back. The extra $15 no was worth it since she wasted 25 minutes of my time.
