Logged into my My block account to get my 2022 AGI, and there was nothing there. I had already paid the IRS, and my return was complete, but due to h&r block's confusing software, I never "approved" The return. And therefore, my taxes never actually got filed.
I was under the impression everything was done and taken care of. I would expect my "tax guy" to contact me about this, but I never heard anything. Thank God I have a real accountant now. I'll never use h&r block again.

BEWARE. They will take your documents and never return them. Still waiting 3 months later and the manager ghosted me.Edit: They gave me a phone number below. Still couldn't get me my forms back. Double beware.

I would not recommend them to anyone Jeff Weiner a Linda Lundquist both have hme feel like I'm bothering them & downright lazy when asked for help. When I talk to them they don't even try to hide the fact that apparently I'm a nuisance to them I've paid extra money online to have them overview my taxes and still I'm treated like a leper. They do not deserve your business they do not deserve your business.

Taxes were done by Joe Finan and I still haven't received federal refund back after 3 months and just received a notice for wage rtn when we supplied him with all the documents. This place is apparently closed and the customer rep from the call center was not helpful whatsoever.
