This year was awkward and weird. I had an appointment at 5:30 and when it was my turn I heard my consultant ask the lady at the front desk”are there anymore appointments?” The receptionist said yes in which Barbara said “you’re supposed to say no” then looks at me and says “come back” doesn’t say one word to me besides questions regarding my info. It was so obvious she didn’t want to help me and I was in her way from leaving for the day. Then she tells me what my return is, and doesn’t say have a nice day or any Info regarding when my return will arrive. Never going to this location again.

My husband & I filed taxes recently with one of the tax advisers named Filza Malik. She made our tax filing experience bad & uncomfortable. She had a horrible attitude and was flaring her nose and rolling her eyes the entire time she was servicing us. My family got up to leave because her attitude was so horrible & I told her myself that her attitude was bad but then she assured us that she “didn’t have an attitude” so I continued to file with her but she continued to have a bad attitude, rolling her eyes & flaring her nose.. she did not change it. She was not helpful, and she rushed the process. We’ve done nothing wrong to her for her treat us in such a rude manner. I wonder about the many other people who have had bad experiences with her but have not yet voiced it. I do not recommend filing with Filza Malik at all.
