“The best hotel ever! The front guy was very helpful. We ordered in some pizza and he let us use their pop machine. Plus, the pop machine was off and he kindly turn it on. We got upgraded to even a better room. Room was clean and we slept well. Breakfast was good. The lady was talkative and kind. I definitely recommend this place!!!!!!Food & drinks: Pop was great . Like I said earlier the breakfast was good”

“Very good experience. Clean rooms and public areas. They have a Starbucks on the first floor which is ideal for a quick coffee and pastry in the morning. AC in the room is too loud. They charge for parking which is not standard in non crowded areas, it should be complementary.”

“This Hampton was fantastic. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I actually slept very well which is not normal for me in hotels. Great water pressure in the shower, too with an actual high shower head.I didn’t partake in the breakfast as I had other plans for food, nor did I swim as it was February during my stay.I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“I've stayed here i think 4 times. Multiple nights each time. Little store is convenient that's inside. The coffe is meh... but there is a Scooters is across the parking lot to solve that problem. Bed super comfy and everything is clean.”

“This is a really good Hyatt Place. I stay at them frequently and this is one of the better ones. There's nothing to do within walking distance but there's a lot just a short drive away. If you're trying to decide between this and the HP Overland/Metcalf this is far superior.”

“The room was very nice for the price. The bathroom sink had a crack but the rest of the room was good. The coffee maker in the room didn't work either but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. The cook didn't show up in the morning so no breakfast that I paid for. But I expressed my concerns to the manager and she did call me and refunded my breakfast. The location is great -- right by I35 and the hotel is going under renovations. I would give it another try because of the location and the price. Thanks”

“Beautiful setting for an office! The grounds are green and peaceful and right up on the lake with wildlife to watch occasionally. The building is nicely designed and includes a gym with weights, a treadmill, a golf simulator, and a shower. It also has a kitchen (espresso coffee machine) and conference room. The location is ideal and close to restaurants and shopping.”

“I leave 1000% accurate/fair reviews. Please read!!I've stayed at this hotel since October 16th. It's now December 5th.Upon arrival, I noticed a lot of issues with their parking lot. Holes and how people park. There's also been one car there since I've been there with a flat tire and it's never moved. (Starting to wonder if it was stolen.) When checking in they were nice. But you see signs that YOU HAVE to take your own trash out, and switch out your linens if you stay for a certain amount of time. And should you want your room cleaned you have to send an email!Faat forward a week or so. I notice I didn't really have hot water in the shower. So I call and ask what's up. They're installing a new hot water heater and it should be fixed soon.I also went on a cleaning spree. The dirt on the paper towel is from ONE of the air filters in the room. The other is as dirty if not more. Makes you feel real good about what you're breathing. The stove top cleaning as you can see in the picture mine is the bottom one and theirs is the top. I also asked to borrow their vacuum cleaner since I'm out of state and everything around you says " forget something? We want to make you feel at home, come to the front desk if you forgot something!" So I boogy to the front desk and ask to borrow it. " we want this to be a at home experience, we don't lend those out. You'll need to go buy it." ?.So, every week after that I call and tell them that the water isn't warm and I need them to fix it"we'll get maintenance to come fix it." Well, they must not have anyone in this role because it's still not completed.Me now calling everyday because the shower barely trickles and the water is semi warm to where when you get out you're freezing cold. Even with me boiling water and putting it in the tub..... "yep, we have a maintenance request, and if they can't fix it we'll have to call the plumbers." Please see the video.Not to mention the card issues are horrible. You'll be up at the front desk every other day almost having to get new cards. And the elevator usually smells horrible and the carpets are horrendous.This hotel is wild. They don't care about your stay at all. Please pay a few more dollars and stay else where. You won't regret it. Because if you do have an issue. You will need to fix it yourself.They have also refused to work with me on any reimbursement or even putting me in another room. I've been told I will need to "deal" with having a cold shower/bath until they can get it fixed. ?”

“First time staying here and we only got to stay one night because this was a short trip. But this hotel smells good - is clean - it was quiet - the bathroom was clean - I love that the rooms have a little stove top - full fridge and a microwave. They have a cool safety feature where the main door locks at night and you can only get in with your room card so no creepers can wander in. My only “complaint” is - they offer little snack and breakfast foods and such in the lobby but charge you $3 for 1 yogurt. That’s kinda excessive in my opinion. But, I’d totally come back here and can recommend.Food & drinks: Right next to a walk in scooters! And a QT! :)”

“Very nice location with nice rooms. This location was close to where I needed to be. Absolutely loved the space in the room. They were doing construction to part of the hotel but it was no big deal, the staff was super friendly and apologetic about it. The only thing I didn't like about the room was how small the bathroom felt. Felt like I had to squeeze in and try to shut the door. Other than that, spacious room for a family of 4.”
