I'm happy to have this store in my area. It's not the nearest store to my home, but this location has a tool rental area (at the NW corner of the store) which offers a wide selection of tools, and has come in handy several times. I've rented large, seldom used tools like a tiller (to remove rocks from my front yard) and a concrete etcher (so I could apply epoxy to my garage floor). The tools were available at reasonable rates and worked as expected, while the service was always knowledgeable and helpful. Sweet!

Umm I can't imagine being a homeowner without this store! We are so lucky we could practically walk there! They are helpful, understanding and fair with returns (bought a tool we didn't need they took it back no problem). They are where we get our appliances, our plants, so many things we need are easy to find and available. Their paint mixers are very knowledgeable and helped us match an exterior paint. Every year there is something that their help ended up being crucial for.

Came in to rent a couple of tools to change out my tail light, and the team member who helped me was very friendly and gave me a few options of tools to take out to the parking lot and use as I needed. I also saw another team member demonstrating for a different guest how to use the paint sprayer he was there to rent, explaining along the way what he was doing and giving him tips for best results. Being able to come in and get what I needed without being patronized or laughed at was a pleasant surprise and different from some of my experiences at other hardware stores. It was much easier and more useful than I had imagined, and I will be coming back to tool rental in the future!

My girlfriend called to see if they had an LG refrigerator on the floor. We had already been to the bannister Home Depot and even though their site said they had it on the floor, they did not. So we called this location to see if they had it so we could verify it would fit. The man on the other end of the phone asked for the model number, looked and said they don’t have that one, but they have a similar one with water and ice. My girlfriend said we did not want that model and

Whatever you do do not go to this store and ask for assistance in mill work for doors windows etc. Nothing more than a hard in store sell with some employee members inept at knowing their job details when it comes to specific product lines. Called this out with asst. mgr. on what employee failed to inform the customer. But customer telling the truth doesn't matter in this store. Employee always first, paying customer, just give us your money. We will never spend another dime in a Home Depot store. Advising family and associates to do the same. Never again!Employee's hinting they have blinds company and handing out a contact to get friend a lead on window installation. Unprofessional!

This store completely sexually discriminates against women customers when it comes to helping women vs men. Have came to this store multiple times for my business only because of convenient location however after watching how different their men workers attitudes are in helping customers based on gender is enough for me to say no more will I spend thousands every month here. I will take my business elsewhere for boards. Also heard two guys laughing and joking when I asked for help a few wks ago. Whatever you do don’t ask to have your boards cut because they act like the world is ending. I hope that what I’m told to be the owner of this store “John” sees this post because much change needs to take place in this store.

Finished shopping up the tile pieces needed to complete the kitchen backsplash so I headed towards the checkout. Only the self checkout was open. To me that is the most insulting thing you can do. I spend my hard earned dollars in your store and you can't provide a checkout lane. I want to support stores that support people. No wage earning employees taking a salary home and you expect me to take their job away and do the work for free. All in the name of profit for their shareholders and corporate officers. I will find what I need somewhere else. It's not pride it's my self respect and dignity at stake. I watched folks moo there way through those self checkout lines, no discounts for their work not even a thanks for shopping here. Goodbye Home Depot!

After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars a single employee lost all future Home Depot business from me. Keith, who is apparently a security guard even though he has no badging or home Depot uniform, kicked my twin 5 year old kids out (and by extension me) for not having shirts on. (It's 92 degrees out at 8pm as I type this.) Keith refused to let us buy what we had because my kids were "out in public" and they should have shirts on. Then when I had the gall to tell him that was silly i was told he was going to call the police. He also refused to give me his name or show any store branded uniform/badge etc. So I left all of my items and went across the street to Lowe's where I was served kindly with the same "heathens" by my side. First time at that Lowe's and they have earned my business!

If you are wanting an appliance (I.e OVER THE RANGE) don't waste your time and go to Lowe's!! Went to Home Depot to pick out a new over the range and if you don't spend $396 or more they will charge you a $59 delivery fee not just to your home but for in store pick up also!! Oh, and most if not all of their appliances are not stocked and you have to order them. To me, that's ridiculous!! Talk about money gauging! If you are familiar with this location/area they just built a Lowe's across the intersection. I have always been a Home Depot fan. Buuutt after this experience of feeling robbed ill go to Lowe's!!

Terrible service. I bought trim kit for a microwave and it ended up not being the correct size for the microwave. When I brought it back to return it I was told you can't return "Major Appliances"...this was a *trim kit* not a major appliance - and one they sold me WITH the microwave!! All packaging was perfect. Kit was still in the plastic. Never shopping here again. Go to Lowes, Amazon, Best Buy - all allow returns!
