The showroom is well-appointed, and the furniture itself appears to be very high quality. I worked with Rachel, who was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable, very patient as I took my time making decisions, very kind, and provided valuable insight into their specific products including a wide variety of fabrics for customization of our furniture. She was readily available when I came into the showroom, and also very responsive when we were emailing about purchase decisions. It is so helpful to be able to bring fabric samples home to see them in your own space. I also love that Bassett furniture is made in the United States. I am excited to see the finished products when they are delivered! I never considered going anywhere else for this purchase, and we will continue to choose Basset for any future furniture needs. Highly recommend!”
“Amber was very knowledgeable and patient during measurements visit. Installation staff was professional. Lauren kept us informed with installation updates. High quality shades with better prices compared to other stores.Overall all great service and experience”
“A washer and dryer ad on marketplace brought me here and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. The price was very good and communication was very helpful and professional.”
“This is my second experience working with Lyn at Quilted Memories. The first time I ordered a quilt for my son going off to college. I live in Virginia, and was a little unsure if we would be able to work from a distance and still get a nice outcome. The quilt was FANTASTIC. He absolutely loved it when he received it and still loves it two years later. I love how well it is holding up.I just ordered a second quilt for my daughter who is now going to be a freshmen in college. She absolutely lit up when she saw it. I collect t-shirts from friends and family members rather than making one from her old t-shirts. She loved how the t-shirts were stitched together, and wanted to know each and every person who contributed -although some of them she recognized right away. She was so excited, and I know that quilt is already comforting since she is nervous about leaving home.I LOVE working with Lyn. She is so nice and really responsive. She just makes the whole thing easy, and I trust her completely. One of the shirts we used was from my Dad’s uniform in Vietnam. She used part of it in my son’s quilt, saved the remnants, and sent them back to me. We then used a remnant in the second quilt. She is so very thoughtful.I cannot rate this business highly enough. I have a third child, and you can bet that I will be back to get one made for her. Thank you Quilted Memories for making such special gifts and doing it with so much care and attention!”
“This shop is very cool with craft items and houseware from all over the world. The designs are very neat and I will be coming here for any gift ideas I might need. I was able to meet Karen who was very helpful in helping me find different items and keeping the atmosphere fun in the store. I work right down the street at HelioKC Physical Therapy and will definitely be stopping by this shop again!”
“Very helpful staff . Available but not pushy . Lindsay was our sales person . She was on top of her game . The entire staff seemed to work well together. The store has the best options and selections in various price ranges . We have tried other recliners, and they have come up sort . We are loyal buyers hopefully you will never sacrifice your quality service and products as so many other companies have . You’re worth every extra upfront penny because you deliver long lasting value .”
“At the beginning of our redecorating project, we went to A&M, as we appreciate the quality and selection of their furnishings and artwork. We hadn’t planned on working with a decorator, but as Georgia assisted us, we became so comfortable with her, appreciating her knowledge, flexibility and genuine warmth, we knew we would enjoy the process and have a far better outcome with her expertise and guidance. We couldn’t be more pleased with our result, and highly recommend both A&M and Georgia!”
“The Old Mango is such a cute little shop with the nicest owners! Fairly priced items for the great quality. 10/10 recommend stopping in on your next girl’s day out for some pretty home decor.”
“One of my favorite shops to visit in downtown OP! They always have such fun items to browse and look at it. It is a good mix of locally made products, and national products that are a little less known or super quirky. They always have good house music playing in the store and I always enjoy walking around the store. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant, which is a huge bonus. it is definitely a good store to visit if you are looking for a gift, knick-knacks, retro candy, fun kitchen items (ex. oven mitts with funny/crude sayings on them), candles, stationary, toys, and pretty much everything in between!”
“There’s no place like Kirklands. It’s a bang for the buck like no other. If you want to skip all of the fancy websites and see what is really going to look good, you can’t do it without Kirklands. The best place for inexpensive artwork any where besides thrift stores.”
“Drove a couple hours to get DMC floss and stitching supplies. Hobby Lobby never lets me down. It is too bad that there is not a Hobby Lobby in Southeast Kansas for the rural residents.”

Sometimes buying a mattress is like buying a used car. There are so many to choose from and most sales people will tell you anything to make a sale! Not Robert. He guided me to the perfect Sleep Number bed for our guests.
We love ours…and wanted our guests to have a great night’s sleep too!
It was a completely informative and pleasant experience! So grateful for your kindness and expertise, Robert!!!”
“Meredith was INVALUABLE!!! Have made all my previous Ethan Allen furniture purchases in store but since that is no longer an option in my location, Meredith helped me with my website purchase. She helped me with measurements, sent fabric swatches and photos of the sofa in store and with the online order process. My sofa arrived exactly as I wanted, a beautiful piece backed by the quality Ethan Allen is known for.Thank you Meredith!”

“I love wondering around this store because there is an endless possibility of what you might find. You craft it, they got it. The prices are affordable and this place has saved so many school projects at the last minute.”
“I just love it when I have time to stroll through this store. Everyone is so friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs and the items are fun to look at if only a walk down memory lane. The seasonal items are particularly fun to see. The selection of items are good but sometimes very similar to one another (I guess one doesn't know what one will sell out of). Sometimes the items are priced a bit on the high side for a resale imho, however, I assume they are vetted. I'm glad this store is here and doing well!”
“I adore this little shop! I walked in on a Saturday and was promptly greeted by the owner of the shop herself. She gave me plenty of time to just browse and enjoy the lovely set displays. I personally love when I'm not followed around by a salesperson, let me look!! I asked a few questions and found her to be genuinely interested in me and my personal style. I see some other reviews saying they were ignored here, I did not feel ignored for one moment. If you want to update your home decorating but not have a "mass merchandiser" look, start here for unique ideas, suggestions and products.”
“Bella B Decor in Overland Park is a delightful boutique filled with beautiful and unique home decor pieces! Our patients at Dopps Chiropractic often mention how much they enjoy browsing Bella B Decor’s curated selection of furniture, accessories, and gifts before or after their chiropractic appointments. The store offers a wonderful range of items that can add charm and character to any space, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. If you’re in Overland Park and looking for stylish home decor, Bella B Decor is a must-visit—and it’s conveniently located right next to our clinic!”

11745 W 95th St Space 143, Overland Park“This is one of my favorite stores in Oak Park Mall. All of their stuff is so cute! Their prices are pretty expensive but they always have good clearance deals and the bring the prices down until its all gone. The staff are also super kind and helpful.”
“I worked with Cindy in this store, and she was amazing! Knowledgable, spends all the time that ones need and answers questions/looks up information for her customers. She is the reason I went back to Floor and Decor for my purchase, instead of going to one of other two stores I checked out.”
“This is 100% favorite place to buy clothes at! Not only do they have the cutest clothes, the employees are always so sweet too and help me find sizes and any anything else I need! A huge variety of styles and colors for almost any occasion. Go shop there now!!!”
“Wide selection! The counter lady was very scattered minded but our order was finally found. Personally I feel the only time to shop at this store are when things are on sale as I believe they are over priced.”
“Excellent service team! Purchased a chandelier from Wilson Lighting and installer (outside of Wilson) left it less than attractive. Wilson team came out and adjusted it to beautiful and even carefully removed and cleaned all the globes to make it a show piece.”
“Look at the entitlement in the reviews. Want to know why the store is short staffed? No one wants to deal with the inconsiderate pompous individuals that live in Johnson county. I went there the other day, a typically south joco couple that had no idea how many yards needed to create curtains out of ugly emerald velvet. The poor lady at the cutting counter had to keep stopping assisting customers that actually had some forethought to come prepared with what they needed. This went on for a half hour.
The store is messy because they are short staffed. The ones that are still working are worn out from all the rude entitled behavior so you all can feel “creative” by making yet another fresh set of tacky tie blankets to cover your calloused feet.
Do everyone a favor. Don’t go to the store if you can’t have some decency, patience or a plan.
Please note, it’s not their responsibility to ensure you know how to sew. Learn prior.”

“I loved all the little Etsy shop style boutique booths! Be sure you have the time. We spent over an hour and a half enjoying all of the creativity these vendors have to offer!”
