“The store has an excellent selection of products, nicely displayed and having very good quality. We were helped by Nadia Ghafoor in making selections and coordinating room settings. She is talented in design and knowledgeable of the various pieces of furniture and accessories. Nadia is a wonderful designer but more importantly she has a warm, friendly manner, obviously likes what she does and, finally, has a great sense of humor, all of which made our buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. We plan to return to Bassett for more purchases in the future.”
“This is my second experience working with Lyn at Quilted Memories. The first time I ordered a quilt for my son going off to college. I live in Virginia, and was a little unsure if we would be able to work from a distance and still get a nice outcome. The quilt was FANTASTIC. He absolutely loved it when he received it and still loves it two years later. I love how well it is holding up.I just ordered a second quilt for my daughter who is now going to be a freshmen in college. She absolutely lit up when she saw it. I collect t-shirts from friends and family members rather than making one from her old t-shirts. She loved how the t-shirts were stitched together, and wanted to know each and every person who contributed -although some of them she recognized right away. She was so excited, and I know that quilt is already comforting since she is nervous about leaving home.I LOVE working with Lyn. She is so nice and really responsive. She just makes the whole thing easy, and I trust her completely.One of the shirts we used was from my Dad’s uniform in Vietnam. She used part of it in my son’s quilt, saved the remnants, and sent them back to me. We then used a remnant in the second quilt. She is so very thoughtful.I cannot rate this business highly enough. I have a third child, and you can bet that I will be back to get one made for her. Thank you Quilted Memories for making such special gifts and doing it with so much care and attention!”

“One of my favorite shops to visit in downtown OP! They always have such fun items to browse and look at it. It is a good mix of locally made products, and national products that are a little less known or super quirky. They always have good house music playing in the store and I always enjoy walking around the store. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant, which is a huge bonus. it is definitely a good store to visit if you are looking for a gift, knick-knacks, retro candy, fun kitchen items (ex. oven mitts with funny/crude sayings on them), candles, stationary, toys, and pretty much everything in between!”

We hadn’t planned on working with a decorator, but as Georgia assisted us, we became so comfortable with her, appreciating her knowledge, flexibility and genuine warmth, we knew we would enjoy the process and have a far better outcome with her expertise and guidance. “Absolutely love Hobby Lobby. They have just about everything and anything. They have all kinds of crafts, framing, decor, candles, paint, jewelry, glass, yarn, fabric, fake plants, furniture, frames, candy and so much more. It's a really fun place to let your creative juices run wild. There are always sales. Enjoyable and fun! Would highly recommend if you like a good DIY.”

“I adore this little shop! I walked in on a Saturday and was promptly greeted by the owner of the shop herself. She gave me plenty of time to just browse and enjoy the lovely set displays. I personally love when I'm not followed around by a salesperson, let me look!! I asked a few questions and found her to be genuinely interested in me and my personal style. I see some other reviews saying they were ignored here, I did not feel ignored for one moment. If you want to update your home decorating but not have a "mass merchandiser" look, start here for unique ideas, suggestions and products.”
“I purchased a home office set including desk, chair and two bookcase/ file units. I really appreciated that they held the set until our house was complete several weeks later. Delivery was fine, with no damage and complete setup. Value (with sale prices) was OK but furniture prices are way too high these days. The quality and detail was not what I remembered from Ethan Allen years ago, but that too is the new norm”

“This store is 30 minutes further away from me than the Olathe store but I would rather be somewhere I can find helpful people. I purchased a bolt of fabric online and was sent the wrong thing. After almost 2 weeks of a run around with online AND the Olathe store I finally found someone who could help me. I don’t think Sara works in the fabric department, I believe she was in that department helping out but she went above and beyond to help me solve my problem and made it right. First…I will NEVER shop online from hobby lobby again! Second…. I will only shop at this store!”
“I just love it when I have time to stroll through this store. Everyone is so friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs and the items are fun to look at if only a walk down memory lane. The seasonal items are particularly fun to see. The selection of items are good but sometimes very similar to one another (I guess one doesn't know what one will sell out of). Sometimes the items are priced a bit on the high side for a resale imho, however, I assume they are vetted. I'm glad this store is here and doing well!”

“Excellent service team! Purchased a chandelier from Wilson Lighting and installer (outside of Wilson) left it less than attractive. Wilson team came out and adjusted it to beautiful and even carefully removed and cleaned all the globes to make it a show piece.”

“The people at this store were so helpful and kind! My sister ordered a gift for my mom online and when she received it, the gift was in many pieces. I called the Independence store which is closer to us but they were out and unwilling to help. I then called this store and Allison and Josh, I so hope I got the names correct, were so kind and very helpful. The level of customer service was above and beyond! Thank you both for helping a couple of old ladies out! Your kindness did not go unnoticed.”
