Used this place while my vehicle was in the shop. Check in took a bit, then I had to wait like 20 more minutes after the long check in because it was “too dirty.”

Upon arriving at the rental counter, I was met with a lack of professionalism and a general disinterest in assisting customers. The front desk person seemed disengaged and unresponsive to my inquiries, providing minimal information about the rental process. It was evident that they lacked the necessary customer service skills to handle the demands of the position. Particularly, the front desk person was rude and never heard our queries and I'm very disappointed with their service.

After not getting a car at the location of my reservation I was told to call the Hertz rental number. I did so while simultaneously on the phone with this location. I was never able to get a person the phone at this location. However the Hertz rental number assured me there would be a car here for me if I went here. I confirmed multiple times with the women on the phone, confirming if I arrived in the estimated 20 minutes there would be a car to pick up. To my disgust when I arrived there was no car....and I was once again given the sorry nothing we can do. The women who moments previously had told me they had a car, I was informed had no idea what their inventory was. No attempt to assist me in finding a car. No willingness to call another location, NOTHING. In addition, the Hertz app still allowed me to make a reservation for multiple types of cars, despite having just been told there were no cars.So, after two different locations turning me away for a reservation that I'd made weeks in advance I drove down the street to Avis where I had to rent a car for much more $.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a car rental service that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite booking an EV car for several days and making a separate reservation for a gas car the following day, I was met with a rude desk person upon arrival who informed me that they did not have any gas cars available, despite my reservation.The lack of available cars of the type I had reserved raises questions about the reliability of their reservation system. It's incredibly frustrating to arrive expecting a specific vehicle only to be told that it's not available, especially when planning trips in advance.Adding to the frustration, the desk person's attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or alternative, they simply stated that they only had the EV car I had previously reserved. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to accommodate my needs further soured the experience.To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $12 for a late return, despite returning the car before the scheduled time. The justification provided by the desk person was that I hadn't extended the reservation for an extra day, which seemed unfair and arbitrary.Overall, my experience with this car rental service was deeply disappointing. From the lack of available vehicles to the poor customer service and unexpected charges, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would caution others against using this service until they address these issues and improve their overall customer experience.

Had a remarkable experience renting from the OP Hertz rental. The rental to Indiana and back was in an excellent vehicle. I the guys at the front counter took personal care in my rental experience.

Poor service from both Hertz and the male employee wearing glasses at this location. Hertz allowed us to make a car reservation to be picked up at this location on Saturday afternoon. When we showed up at 12:30, we were rudely told by the employee that they close at 12 and couldn’t help anyone else except the last customer they were in the middle of checking out and we needed to go to the airport. No apologies - just rudeness. He was asked WHY the website would allow the reservation to go through if they close as 12 and the answer was, ‘I wish I knew.’ If you KNOW this is a problem, maybe you should contact corporate to try to get this fixed. Also, maybe YOU should be checking to see what you should expect that day for pickups and call those who have scheduled PM pickup to let them know they close at 12. Poor service from Hertz AND from the OP office’s employee.

The people who work here suck. Because cars are flying off the shelves they come to work careless and treat guests very poorly. I was double charged an extra week after I had a rental. They told me they didn’t have time to help and to call the 1-800 number. The gm doesn’t want to deal with clients in person. And the young guy David who helped me had to pass me off to someone else because he couldn’t figure out how to operate the computer. Instead I’m explaining to me he was struggling we sat in silence while he played games on his phone till a coworker came back from lunch. RUN away fast from here!!!

Made a reservation on Monday for Thursday and when I went in they didn't have it. When I was in the store there were a lot of unhappy customers, that should of been my sign.
