This Hampton was fantastic. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I actually slept very well which is not normal for me in hotels. Great water pressure in the shower, too with an actual high shower head.I didn’t partake in the breakfast as I had other plans for food, nor did I swim as it was February during my stay.I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

Steer clear and stay at any other Hilton in the area. Random fees no other Hilton has. I travel 32 weeks out of the year and never encountered this before. Got in late, long story short, forgot to tell them I had dogs so I get a $350 charge.

Excellent accommodations and friendly staff. Appreciated the ease of accessing the hotel and check-in. The breakfast was very good as well. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great Experience, Great staff. Chris checked me out and even after checking out he helped me. Lilianna in housekeeping was great. Housekeeping us great. The room was so comfortable and inviting. The bathroom light makes no noise. Bed comfortable ❤️??? It was so quiet ? And breakfast was over the top. Will certainly stay again. Book earlyFood & drinks: Free full breakfast included.

This Hampton Inn seems like the others I've visited. The lobby has been renovated and appears bright and cheerful. With an overpowering aroma of air freshener, the management, however, appears to believe that it is that main sales floor for a new neighborhood being developed in Everglades Florida.The room was clean and welcoming. I'm guessing it was newly renovated as well. The room also suffered from the overflowing aroma of room freshener. The bed was quite hard.I'm not fond of Fox news nor is ESPN on my list of favorites. In both cases they present shrill voices arguing with one another. Why start your day with that stress. What was playing on the two very large TV's in the breakfast area? Fox News was on one TV and ESPN was on the other. I'm not impressed.The breakfast area, also newly renovated, is bright and cheerful. The breakfast offerings were hot and plentiful. Some of the labeling of breakfast items was a bit confusing. (Please see photo)Our stay was pleasant once the aroma cleared a bit.

I have stayed at this location many times when I travel here for business, and it never disappoints. The staff is super friendly and it is always clean and welcoming. The breakfast available in the morning is also great.

Despite a hiccup with my reservation, a trip to the front desk greeted me with Shay's bright smile and infectious positive energy. She was not only helpful but also informative, and the entire staff showcased remarkable friendliness. Definitely will stay here next time!!

LOVED THIS HOTEL! It was clean and the rooms were great! We loved Quentin and Frankie and the rest of the staff for putting up with our 6 person bachelorette party this weekend! Definitely shows they care about every guest that checks in!

Great front desk people. Early in am went down to get some orange juice blood sugar was real low, lady at desk told me time breakfast opened and I was early sat down and next thing I knew she had brought me a glass. Ladies name was Shay I believe. That what I call customer service EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

Rooms in great condition! Front desk staff was lovely at our 8:00 pm check-in.Breakfast team and breakfast area were super clean and well stocked a great property among the Hampton Inns.Rooms: Clean and well-designed.

We have been traveling a lot lately. This hotel is probably the best we've been in this year. It was clean, safe, everything worked for the most part. Staff was friendly until the last day..Again, room was clean and comfortbale, hot water, nice water pressure, good view, plenty of storage and plug ins...it was great.Couple of small annoyances...the water did not drain well in the shower. Taking a normal, 10 min shower, the water would be over your ankle....but not a huge deal. The AC kept the room cool, but not cold. I get that it was 100 degrees outside, so it's not a huge deal,but it may need to be looked at. Biggest problem was...the next to last day of our stay we asked for a late checkout at the front desk. They asked us when we would like to check out, we said noon....they advised that would be fine. Then the last day of our stay..sitting in our room around 11:15 we get a knock on our door asking if we needed more time..explained we asked for a late checkout..and she said nobody told her etc.... not a huge deal, just kinda annoying. But all in all, we would gladly stay here again

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. All amenities; lobby, pool, breakfast, etc were above average from what I’ve experienced lately. The room was a smaller style room, however is was plenty adequate for us and included a fridge and microwave which is nice. I would have no reservation recommending this hotel if it’s what you are looking for, we would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is in a wonderful location with nearby access to the highway, great shopping, and plenty of dining options. The breakfast is always delicious and the pool is very well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Overland Park area. It is very clean and safe. The entire staff I’ve encountered are excellent and always go above and beyond to deliver top notch hospitality and service.

stayed in mid July with a Club Baseball team playing at Creekside. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was always great. breakfast is what you'd expect but was good and always fresh. the area is close to plenty of restaurants and main highways. no issues with the room or property during our 5 night stay. would def recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in the Overland Park Area
