I checked in online however I decided to go ahead and go to the salon. No other clients there thinking I might get in early. No- I was told I had to wait for my check in time. The employee went back to playing on her/ his phone. Worst service EVER. The one star is being generous

Waited for 40 minutes to get in. The stylist that cut my hair was more concerned with getting me out of the chair than listening to what I wanted and proceeded to give me the worst haircut I've had in years. Wouldn't discuss with me what I wanted and proceeded to just buzz clippers around my ears and grudgingly used thinners when I asked her to. Just not concerned at all with giving me a haircut I wanted.Been to several Great Clips in the past and NEVER had a bad experience until now. There is a black lady at this location that does a great job and is very nice but I won't be back to this location regardless and risk getting another lousy haircut. I will need to let this grow out for a couple of weeks and get it cut again somewhere else.

I've been getting a military cut for years so i may not be the best to judge on creative and fanciful stylings.However i can tell you that i have been going to this same location for years and while the staff have come and gone, the kindness and professionalism have remained steadfast.Yep, you can go to more pretentious places but if you want to get a good, no frills hair cut while chatting with good folks, look no further.Use their app to get in the cue and be informed when to head to the store. It truly saves time.

they messed up my bangs so bad they look absolutely HORRENDOUS. the rest of my hair looks fine but they took my bangs up too high and they are very visibly uneven. would not recommend.Services: Bang trim
