The Google Account representatives at the Oak Park Mall (Overland Park, KS) Google Fiber Kiosk were very helpful and professional. They were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions and explain a potential solution to our equipment problem. It was a pleasant and productive experience for us. Thank you Google.

Gideon, my customer service person was professional, polite and engaging. He turned a routine encounter into a lovely memory. A young man who was kind and cheerful with an old lady who is not too sure about technology. A delightful change of pace during a hectic time. Bravo.

Needed to return a malfunctioning access point I'd had for a couple years. I parked at 6:10pm at the mall, went to the kiosk, exchanged my hardware and had new stuff, and was back in my car by 6:20pm.I'm very good with that turnaround time.

Exceptional customer service and process to trade in my old fiber system for an upgraded one. Took me longer to walk in from the parking lot to return my devices. Gideon was exceptional and a true, positive example of what customer service should be nowadays! Promote him to Trainer and give him a deserved raise and more responsibility.

The customer service was good - I've always had a positive experience in that regard. They were polite and respectful. I had to cancel my service since we moved out of the service area. Unfortunately, they didn't document all of my equipment as returned and now I am getting emails telling me to return my equipment. I returned 4 chromecasts and 2 internet modems. So, that's the only bummer part of the experience. It doesn't look like there will be a charge for the "missing" equipment, otherwise I would be a lot more upset.

Good luck trying to get support. We've been having issues for a while. This week, we had our router upgraded and had our ancient fiber jack replaced. We are still having issues, and I can not get past basic tech support that keeps trying to have me troubleshoot the same things. I need to schedule someone to come back out, and apparently, there is no way of doing that. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME IN CIRCLES.

I was over billed two months in a row. And they bill a month ahead. They have over billed me. And won't give me my money back. I've been in the phone with them like ten times. And there is never a manager around to talk to. They stole like $120 from me. They won't cut a check or put it back on my account. This is THEFT!
