First time customer. It was fine, but I did notice that there was quite a bit of soap that did not get rinsed from the side view mirrors. I'll probably stick with the other wash I've gone to. This was the $14 wash.

I can’t recommend this car wash. It’s frequently broken down and steps are missed in the wash. Today the right side of my truck wasn’t rinsed and my tires got shined on 1/4th of the tire. No drying towels either. Spoke with the manager, didn’t seem to matter him that customers weren’t getting their value from an expensive wash. I gave the manager an opportunity to make it right and I will NEVER go back.

I have 3 Go Carwashes in my vicinity, and this car wash is the most reliable within regards to quality of wash AND willingness to exceed expectations. The GM, Ryan, I think, even went out of his way to personally scrub down my rubber mats as the matt wash is only for cloth. Great place ?

6/15/24.. There is a 28% price increase, so the cheapest wash is $14.00.

My car was extremely clean after going through the wash, however I was disappointed by the vacuum hoses that kept falling apart, lack of spray to use with the provided towels, and the washer for the mats was broken. I would go back, but I likely wouldn’t pay for such a pricey package if I can’t use everything effectively.

I have a large suv and it washed the car decent on the front and sides but the back is still dirty.

I have given this car wash multiple chances, however each time I go I am unhappy with the quality of cleaning. I still find large amount of dirt and residue all over my car after washes. I thought maybe I should try a more expensive wash, although when I did the outcome was the same. Save your money and go elsewhere if your looking to have a clean car.

No towels to dry. Been trough 5 different go car washes and still have bug splats on my windshield and front end. Talked to the guy spraying off my car and he said they quit using the bug spray remover. Disappointing and may have to discontinue my Go Big membership.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owners DO NOT take care of their responsibilities. After being a well known name in the automotive industry worldwide for almost 18 years, this will be one of the biggest lessons learned by the owners- you take care of your customers and YOU are responsible for your employees negligence. I’ll be adding a couple videos to this post which are truly eye opening to how poorly this place operates.
I was curious about the car wash and stopped at the tenant window to ask questions with my vehicle, mainly if it would be okay, the tenant did a full walkaround and said “no problem”. 3 different managers saw me pull into the wash bay positioning me and never mentioned the car was too low (they were watching me pull in- 2 sets of eyes fully on my car -one being the store manager at this point) after asking me to “rev it” several times. The tire grabber/guide proceeded to go underneath my front bumper which bent it forward almost ripping the left side completely off and badly damaging my $2,000 carbon fiber front lip-which they are arguing is aftermarket when it is not- either way, a LOT can happen in a car wash- in this case COMPLETE negligence- and if something does go wrong DO NOT count on any “GO” car wash in the area to pay claims out, they’ll find every excuse possible instead of taking care of your damage claim. HORRIBLE. There was a line of 20+ vehicles that had to fully reverse out of the line due to this negligence. I have had many experiences, and my FIRST Google review ever. This is not close to over and I will definitely be filing a case against this company for negligence. We will be pulling all of our fleet accounts at all Belfonte owned washes. I would never post such a review normally, but also would NEVER expect such poor follow up and cat and mouse over an issue that WAS NOT at my fault. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️
