The changing room doors were uncomfortably low, anyone above average height can see in at the mirror completely exposing you.

Extremely small store and rude employees always. Although I'm not necessarily bothered by the rudeness, it's so over the top sometimes whenever I'm trying to have a normal shopping experience and then I look over to get a death glare from behind the counter. Besides that, the store is fine but not worth stopping into especially if I know i'm going to endure a rude encounter.

Some girl who works there literally unlocked my dressing room door while I was changing and walked in and didn't even apologize. Most of the people who work there are so nice but this girl was so rude.

12/26/2021 - I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter on 12/26/21. There was a line for the dressing rooms, so we asked the cashier if the jeans don't fit can we bring them back. She said yes as long as you have the receipt and the tags are still on the jeans. The jeans were on sale for $35 (NOTE: It did not say anywhere on the jeans or on the receipt, nor did the cashier say anything about them being a final sale).01/09/2022 - The jeans did not fit. We tried to exchange the jeans on 1/9/22. We showed the cashier the receipt and she took the jeans and put them behind the counter so we could go look for a larger size. After a short while of looking for the jeans and walking the store a different cashier approached us and told us we could not exchange the jeans nor could we get a refund and walked away.I approached the counter and asked why and was told just can't. After a couple of redundant questions of asking why to try and get an answer, one of the cashiers said "because the jeans smell." First the jeans have been in the same bag and were only taken out to try on. Second, the return policy does not say anything about not being able to return an item because of smell (which they smell like jeans!)I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier became sarcastic and said there is nothing they can do. I asked if I could get info to contact corporate and was told "Go ahead and contact them." "They won't do anything for you either!"01/11/2022 - I contact corporate Dynamite / Garage through their contact form online. explaining what happened.01/11/2022 - I get a response back (impressed it was the same day). I was asked if it was an online or store purchase. I responded as a store purchase (I thought they would have seen that with the interaction of the sarcastic store cashier).01/11/2022 - Response from customer experience team - asking to provide method of payment, date and store location, sku number of item and picture of receipt - "SO THEY CAN COMPLETE MY REFUND" - direct quote from the email.01/15/2022 - After sending the information to the "customer experience team" - I get an email from a completely different person. This time asking for pictures of the jeans, picture of the barcode and tag. Once they have these images they can authorize an in store exchange. Send over pictures the same day.01/17/2022 - Get an email from another completely different person on the so called "customer experience team". They are sorry to hear about our experience and thanked me for all of the pictures (That sounds so sweet).(NOW I AM TOLD) since this is a sale item they cannot provide an in store credit, but they can give me 20% for the inconvenience on my loyalty ID. A whopping $7 on a loyalty ID I don't have!! OR ... they have a brilliant suggestion ... I could put the jeans on ebay and try to sell them, or I could donate them!!! OR YOU KIDDING ME?? So is that what people are to do with items purchased at Garage? Donate them?I wasn't trying to get a refund of any kind. I was trying to exchange for another item that fit. There is nothing on the item that says final sale. There is nothing on the receipt that says final sale. AND!! The jeans did not smell!! I even asked cashiers at Pac Sun, Hot Topic and Macy's and no one could find a smell to the jeans.Between the sarcasm from the cashiers to the solution they provide to this problem. I will highly recommend to a lot of review sites not to shop at this store. There are too many options out there for clothing stores to have to deal with this situation

This is the only place that has jeans that fit my body nicely. I have a small waist with larger thighs but I’m on the average to short height so I usually find it difficult to get jeans that don’t bunch up in the front and still give me a little bit of a wrinkle at the bottom.

Biggest Joke of a store. Advertise BOGO....get up to pay and of course my items were not part of the sale. Also if you want a bag to carry your clothes out of the store you have to pay .10. I will NEVER buy clothes there and pay for a bag!!!!

WOW, customer service something else and NOT in a good way. the lady’s work were just rude and not helpful. I have been to a lot of store that can do a lot more and helpful. A few tips right across the walkway there’s a store called American Eagle with a lot better customer service and prices.

Very poor service. Requires original physical card for returns. They can't return without physically scanning original card. Never seen a store that does this.
