This store had awesome customer service and a great collection of dresses. My only complaint is that sizing is very inconsistent. Some XS dresses would fit me while others would feel incredibly big (almost two sizes up). If you're going to shop here, try on clothes before you buy.

Im very disappointed with this place no plus sizes and the workers seemed very racist towards me, thought I was trying to steal and I felt uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend.

Neither of the two employees present said a single word, just glared at me and looked away. Felt uncomfortable and walked out after maybe two minutes. I don't plan to return to this location

Always love going into Francesca's, today we got hair bands for $1. The clothes are so cute and affordable. My daughter and I love it there. The staff is always helpful. Oh and I really love that we can try on clothes. We live an hour away and trying to shop at stores that don't allow you to try on clothes doesn't work for us.

Sizes are fairly inconsistent, so I got a dress and a shirt that were the same listed size, but the dress was considerably 2-3 sizes smaller. I was afraid of this being the case, so I had asked the lady at checkout if I could return it if the sizing was off. She explained that, as long as I had the receipt, I could return it at any of their locations. Of course, the dress didn't come close to fitting, but I could not get there. Having been told that a return would be no problem as long as there was the dress and a receipt, I sent my daughter. She was denied the return, saying she needed to have the card with which it was purchased. I suppose my question is what if it was for someone else? What if it had been purchased with a gift visa or something, anything else? I would understand if she didn't have the receipt, but she obviously did. Thankfully, I almost never shop here, and after this unreasonable situation, I have no reason to again.

Sales staff is absolutely wonderful. Love the clothes, shoes and accessories there! Amazing quality products, great prices and the sale going on now has had me in twice this week!
