Very helpful and great customer service. Purchased a gas log set + install but ran into some issues. We had to return the set, and they came by and picked it up for no charge. Highly recommend, will absolutely use them in the future for my grill/smokers.

After purchasing a 30 year old home with four gas fireplaces, I went into the store to ask about refreshing at least two of them, including replacing the lava rocks and possibly replacing the logs. I showed them photos of the two fireplaces that we used most often. They simply seemed disinterested in helping me. I said they needed to be cleaned out; perhaps that wasn’t the right term because they suggested a chimney sweep. I explained we just had the stacks inspected and cleaned a few months before. What I needed was cosmetic, which I was under the impression they specialized in. I got the feeling the job was too small for their liking. I walked out with several bags of supplies to DIY the refresh, which are collecting dust in my garage. I would much rather have just paid someone to come out and do the work. I was ready to explore my options and spend the money, but I wasn’t even offered a quote.

We purchased a big green egg many years ago at another store and were having trouble maintaining the temperature. Jonathan was extremely helpful and worked with us to get the problem solved. He said the egg should last for many years and that a new gasket and silicone around the bottom opening should do the trick. We also had a table that was is good shape but the casters had shifted and one was broken. He went out of his way to come up with a great solution and a fix that not only made it sturdier but was very economical. It is so great to deal with a business that has great customer service and takes the time to solve problems!! We have purchased 2 other grills in the past from this company over the years as well as accessories and always had great advice and serviceI I would highly recommend this company!!

We ordered new fireplace doors from Fireplace & Bar-B-Q Center. They were very professional and gave helpful advice when we picked the style and design of our doors. When the doors arrived, our installer arrived on time and did an excellent job. Love the new look and highly recommend Fireplace & Bar-B-Q Center!

Matt and Jonathan were very, very patient and helpful..I had a ventless fireplace log system installed in 2021 and had forgotten how to ignite the pilot, they took their time to politely walk me through the procedure… Their Service 3 years after the sale is the Gold Standard….I highly recommend Fireplace and Bar-B Que Center to anyone that appreciates Great Service,and Great Products at a reasonable Price !!!Joe GenoveseKansas City North

Let me just say these are nice people and that’s why we chose to do our business with them. Having said this we ordered our gas fireplace in August and just got it installed in November. So much trouble getting product and then getting things installed. They measured incorrectly and there was confusion on what logs I ordered, partly my fault since I didn’t check the portal of our receipt. I know for certain what I asked for and what was ordered differed but I won’t pay the restocking fee to get what I originally asked for. Just really disappointed.
