Ordered shoes for same day pick up and was not ready in time(ordered shoes in the morning). I waited another day So I asked to cancel and was left on hold and called back to be hanged up on. Don't ever order from here.

got a pair of nike that wasn’t comfortable AT ALL and did not even use it out. did not let me return it bcos they said it was dirty when i got it like that from them. a solid -10/10 ??

Had me waiting for 15 minutes just to look for a shoe size, never came back to let me know instead went to attend the cashier. After asking another employee for another shoe size she gave me an attitude. Ended up walking out, wasted 30 minutes in there for nothing.

Some of the employees there have an attitude problem. I asked someone for a size, and she snatched the shoe. That's all I said wasn't even disrespectful. If it's so miserable, they should find somewhere else to work. Cause customer service ain't for them.

Terrible experience here. The lady working was rude and gave me attitude when I asked to try on a shoe. When I asked her for half a size smaller, she mumbled and walked away. I sat and waited for 15 min thinking she was just looking for it to see she’s ignoring me and helping a different customer. Both my mother and I were going to buy shoes- loss on the stores terrible customer service.

I stopped at the store on Sunday February 4th at 5,40 to purchase 2 pairs of shoes I see earlier the have young lady at the front door don't let's customer in she was very rude and non professional at all I asked her it is not 6 pm yet you guys should still serve customer till 6 all I get as a response was we are closed ,we are closed and she kept repeating that loudly I'm very disappointed at the poor customer service I hope that leaving 15 minutes earlier was worth it for loosing business and 1 extra bad review for the store

Don’t you dare ask someone for a shoe size! You will get a dirty look and an eye roll for having the audacity to want to make a purchase. Literally just walked out bc absolutely not! Was like this the last 2 times. Won’t be a third.

I’m FINISHED with Finish Line. I purchased my first pair online. They never arrived. After Christmas (my son did not receive shoes) I ordered an online pickup at Oak Park Mall location. Jackpot! They were in-store! I went to the location the next day and discovered the shoes weren’t really there. They were in boxes and hadn’t been taken out. Ok, we went home and 2 days later, they cancelled the order. When I called the manger made an excuse about not enough help. Ok, get back there and do it yoirself, call in some current employees for short shifts just to unbox shoes. FIGURE IT OUT!

This is the dumbest rudest most incompetent store in the Midwest. Order online, the shoe is in stock. They take my money. Cancel my order the next day. Call up there to speak with the manager. She sounds dead. No life. No energy. No appreciation for the customers. She proceeds to tell me after a long hold that the smallest size they have is a 9.5 and they haven't had my size in days even before the order was placed!!! This was a freaking Christmas gift!! I would NEBER SHOP AT THAT Store again!! And based on the reviews, no one hJust close for good!!
