Seems like no matter which one I go to, there is typically a line because one or more of the machines is out of service. 2 of 3 down at Metcalf and I70 with 3 waiting in line.

I called before going, and been there twice regarding the same job then I was told it’s not doable! They need to get their staff knowledgeable as they wasted 2 days of my time for no reason. I won’t be going back

Came in and was waited on quickly. Got what I needed to be done completed and was on my way within 10 minutes. Very helpful employees.

This place honestly has great customer service. Went in for a package had the wrong location completely my fault but they were really nice about it.

Waited 20 minutes behind a woman at the print desk. There are 3 employees 2 at the package desk.No one greeted us, said it will be a minute, nothing.After 10 minutes the employee in print just walks out the door. No I'll be right back, FU, nada.People keep walking in with envelopes and packages and the package employees just keep helping them..After 5 more minutes the woman in front 6 me, leaves. I wait. 5 more I walk out.Terrible service, off to the UPS store.

I never have problems dropping off my FedEx packages at any other location except for this one they do their best to come up with every excuse on why not to accept it. When the same exact packages get accepted at any other FedEx location

I'm really struggling with why this place has such bad reviews. I've been here a number of times now to print signage for events, and also to pick up pre-ordered items created off of canva. Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. Also - if you do the canva option to create on canva and have it printed at FedEx it's crazy fast. like less than one day. Such an amazing thing that helps me out all the time.
