This place is for drop-offs only. They dont have a printer for printing labels and packing your package. I had a digital label so had to use another standalone fedex site instead of one in walgreens.

Poor service. Employee had no knowledge of anything, poorly trained and could not handle the situation at all. Unless you have your package ready, taped, closed, labeled, prefer to go to the FedEx full-service office on 151st and Black Bob.

Really slow service and no one gets greeted when they arrive so you aren’t even sure if someone has seen you come in? Very different from UPS stores that are quick and convenient.

This might be one of the worst ideas on the planet pick up only for a 2-hour window. Then when you get there huge lines and combine that with covid and you're waiting outside in the weather. Perhaps they too should allow you to call and schedule a pickup.
