We have been insured with Farmers for over 5 years with Bill Pikus handling our insurance needs. While I cannot speak to their claims service (have not had a claim with them), the customer service Bill and Farmers have provided us has been excellent. Their prompt responses to everything from vehicle changes to our selling/buying a new home have made the insurance aspect of these transactions go without problems.As a retired insurance executive I know the value of outstanding customer service and Bill / Farmers certainly deliver.
