A good medical practice that is overly concerned with appearances.
And their response: "We are very proud of our facility and the new equipment that allows us to provide better patient care."
And my response to their response: Pride is not a good response. It's not a good Christian response, and it's definitely not a good response for a medical practice. You can be very concerned with the wellbeing of your patients (which I think you are.) But being "proud" is not an appropriate response. It's a step toward a fall. Again: overly concerned with appearances.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nazario for over 20 years and Olivia the pre-authorization coordinator has not been helpful nor caring. She is quick to play the victim and at the same time she is not doing her job in a professional manner and she could care less about helping anyone get the correct pre-authorization and this office hates when your on Wegovy they will do everything they can to deny it from you or stall the process. If this is a medication your currently taking I would suggest you go somewhere else where they are more caring and understanding about your health. The staff at this office will eventually steer good patients away to the point they will never return. My doctor is great but the staff there is uncaring and disrespectful towards patients which leads me to move on to another provider because this office has no type of diversity.

So disappointed. All communication regarding current test results are provide via portal…no call or email. I sent a message via portal requesting information about a test that had not been upload (but I’ve been billed for). After a week of no response I called the office. I was on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and then asked to leave a message because they were too busy to take my call. It’s been 48 hours and still no call back. Hopefully I’m not dying.

Called them at 3:50PM on a Tuesday and the voice mail said the office was currently closed and their hours of operations go until 4:30pm

All the reviews that the doctors are great are accurate. The reviews that the schedulers and receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent are also accurate. I have had issues trying to schedule appointments and get simple questions answered throughout my year with this office.

I really like my doctor. I'm giving a one star for office communication. It is impossible to get through to anyone. I am seriously thinking of finding a new provider because I don't know what the purpose is having a provider if you can't ever get a hold of the front office, can't get appointments, etc. Maybe this office is meant for people who don't work and can spend days trying to get a hold of someone.

I've been going to this practice to see Dr. Nazario since I was about 17. Let's just say I'm a creature of habit and I'll probably cry when she retires! Dr. Nazario is one of the best family practice doctors. She is kind, thoughtful, and been there for me during loads of changes in my life, always with great advice. As for this practice, I've had hit or miss with some of the on call practitioners, and the front desk staff. Overall I'd say 9/10 times it's great, but there are off days. I would recommend Dr. Nazario to anyone though that is looking for a really great doc.
