Very good experience here. Jordan was the one that helped me when I picked up and dropped off the rental car and he was very kind and professional. Alexis was also very helpful and sweet to me as well and made sure everything was easy for me. I would happily rent from them again.

Take videos of the vehicle before driving off the lot. Was just accused of a dent by manager Jonathan, that was already there before I left and was able to prove that. ? I’ve never rented from this location and won’t again! Also, oil change light was on.

This location saved my road trip after our rental tire blew out. Enterprise Roadside Assistance sent us to a location in Merriam, KS that advised us they could not swap out cars even though R.A. told us they were expecting us. They wanted us to go to Firestone ourselves to have the tire fixed (Firestone was unable to accommodate us as well due to their workload). We were hung up on twice from Roadside Assistance so we decided to try finding a location ourselves. We luckily reached Jon who was able to pull up my information and accommodate a swap. We were in and out of the location within about 10 minutes. I would definitely suggest Jon and the staff here compared to the customer service I have received through Roadside Assistance and other Enterprise locations. I'm still waiting for my escalated call from Roadside Assistance.

This was literally the worst experience ever with Enterprise. If it weren't for the excellent manager at Stateline I would never return.The car I picked up not only was damaged and less than 1/4 tank of gas, it was also full of animal hair. I mentioned the dog hair to Jonathan and he said he would take care of it. After he returned, I still saw dog hair but just tried to ignore it. I went to Walmart and purchased clorox wipes and attempted to wipe what I could see. After ordering lunch and attempting to eat in the car, I noticed even more dog hair and just kind of couldn't take it. It was literally flying in the AC. I called Jonathan to let him know the hair is still there. He said he cleaned it himself and no human can get all the dog hair out of it. He then requested I send pictures to prove to him the hair was still there. I found this absurd. I sent the pics and he said he could exchange the car on Monday. So he wanted me and my children to drive around 5 days in a car I am paying for with animal hair from God knows where?!! I honestly couldn't believe it. I requested his supervisors number to which refused to provide it. I called the corporate office on shawnee but no one answered. I plan to also email them directly. As a former enterprise employee, I was definitely disappointed in the service on Metcalf.I showed up to Enterprise on State Line. The branch manager listened to me. Apologized and even switched the car out. It was not his problem but I want to say he went above and beyond to remind me of why I have always bragged on my customer service training while in the management program. It allows me to run a successful business of my own today.

The staff that helped me when picking up the car initially was great, but my experience after that made me feel unwelcome. Alexis acted like she had no interest in helping me at all (10661 Metcalf).

These guys are so nice and helpful, it really has me rethink the rental counter experience. Have you seen Steve Martin in Planes, Trains and Automobiles? Never, in a years, do I think you will have anything close to the experience portrayed in that film when you're a customer of Enterprise in Overland Park, KS. These people care about you, your satisfaction, fair dealing and, yes, about teaching and learning from each other. I will come back - honest, helpful and friendly!

.Reasonable rates and understanding of my the fact that my car's body work and it's completion date changed multiple time. My only criticism was that each of the two times I used their services--the rental I received did not match up with the size/style. of car I chose and paid for.

I had such a great experience with this place! The summer intern Edward helped me at pick up and drop off and he was so great and sweet ! I don't rent cars often, but he was very clear and articulate on everything I needed to know and any questions I had! Even the staff member who weren't helping one on one were kind and said hi when I walked in! I would rent from here again if needed. Thank you Edward for your kindness and patient. You made me feel very comfortable :)

Man I should've known better after reading the reviews. Anisha booked me a car with conformation and all & another lady calls me a minute later to tell me they're sold out to look another location ?"her job is to tell me if they're booked or sold out". I got a confirmation email and all WT... Trash

This Enterprise location is a joke. I would not rent with them again. I made a reservation through my company travel website. The reservation came through and confirmed. I even called the day before to confirm if there is car available for my pick up and they said it will be ready to go when I come pick up. In the morning of date to pick up the car, they called me and tell me that there is no car available for picking up, their system is overbooked. You must be joking! How am I supposed to find a car for my travel within 4 hours? I would never make reservation with them again, that’s just not how you do business. Yikes!!

I would not recommend this location to anybody. I made my reservation for April 5th they have all my information since I used this location before. Upon arrival the lady behind the counter told me my reservation was cancelled.. Be aware they can cancel your reservation without letting you know if you are late.(20 minutes)They claimed they called me but I don't have any miss call from them. They also have my email. I guess they can do whatever they want. The company I work with have an agreement with Enterprise but apparently we are not an important client for them. I will let them know. They were probably oversold but they could handled it in a different way and offered me a solution, maybe another location. Poor customer. I would not recommend this location to any of my coworkers or guests.
