I have reserved a car 10 days before when I went to pick up the car.They gave me answer like no cars are available at this time . We will provide car after 72 hours they informed me . Never trust enterprise cars at last moment they are informed as not having car

Needed to quickly rent a car due to my primary car being at a collision center. Because of the unknown timeframe for my car to be ready, and opposite party insurance being a nuisance, I needed to continue updating my rental. Austin, Zack, and Jaden were great to work with. They made sure everything was good to go for the month. Very communicative with logistics of my rental and had answers for every question I gave them. Recommend going here if you're in the area.

Tried to rent a car when mine died bc enterprise was nearby. Made a reservation by phone and called an uber. Was told 10 min before pickup time that there were no cars and they recommended another location. Called that location and the same issue...

Wife made a reservation to be picked up at 9 a.m. 8-12-23. She went in to pick it up and the employee was very disrespectful! They didn't have her rental vehicle and were very demeaning to her. Will never do business with them again.

Good company in general; fair prices & clean cars. Enterprise does not communicate well; the car was not available at the confirmed location & date. When the delivery date changed, we were not informed of the delivery location change.

Wesley and Sai are amazing, had an emergency this week, and I was stuck without a ride…these guys drove to get me, had a vehicle waiting for me, and stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Bravo you two! Thank you, so very much, it’s a rare occurrence these days to see people that go the extra mile. Amazing management, and dedication. 14873 Metcalf in Overland Park is where I will go from now on, great crew, great service!

Worse customer service. I have a reservation from AAA accident. Stated at 9am. Received an email July 6. And a call from them on Friday to my daughters number which she thought it was spam. I called Tuesday morning to olathe to get one, they stated it would be Friday before I could get a car. I called what was on my reservation email to call shawnee mission parkway. I gave the manager of 10000 shawnee mission my reservation number. I told him I would need to be picked up and do they have the option for someone to get me, he said yes, I gave him my address. He said it was to far. I told him I could use an Uber to get me there, he asked what body shop and I told him Reed Collision, he said thst 7800 metcalf would have to cover my reservation. I called 7800 metcalf and they only have her full size. I called back to shawnee mission parkway on hold for 20 mins. I told him metcalf didn't have a compact car. He stated I have to rent from metcalf store. I called other enterprise in olathe. Still was Friday. I called back to shawnee mission parkway and was on hold for 20 min, finally got through, asked for manager and was put on hold for more than 10 min had to hang up since I got a call, so I called back and on hold 10 mins and asked for manager, he put me on hold for 10 min or more, had to take a call from my boss. I called back and asked for manager after hold for 10 or more minutes and he stated the manager is right here I will get him, waited on hold for 10 min or more, called back and asked for manager and then he was in a meeting, so a called back and got a lady and she said couldn't get a care now until next week after multiple guys stated that it was next day (Wednesday) at 10am. I call enterprise corp. And went over the issues. Enterprise were to have some one call me that night or in the morning and he went to transfer me and he had his dog started barking, after transferring me I had to explain the situation again. Called back Wednesday morning to the olathe store and was told there was a can't rent on the account now, I called Corporate and they can't see a can't rent on the account, they gave me two other enterprises to rent to and called the one in Lenexa on and they didn't have any until Friday. I called the Stanley enterprise on Thursday 11:26am and we was able to get me set up to pick up Friday at 2pm. My daughter texted me at 10pm that enterprise called and she answered and they stated can't rent to me. Which I have to wait until 7:30am for them to tell me that can't rent to me also. We will find out. Noting on Tuesday was 2 1/2 hrs and Tuesday night with corp was another 1 hr, Wednesday as also another 30 mins and then corp for 30 mins, Thursday getting all set up was another 10 mins conversation from Stanley location from Sai. Total so far Tuesday to thursday 3 1/2 to 4 hrs to get a rental car and still don't have one. Noting that the car that was in the shop was my daughters. She can't drive my police car. She has to miss work and appointments since no car to rent. What does a reservation really mean at Enterprise? Does it mean they will have a car of your choice to be ready on a date and time on the reservation and confirmation. AAA scheduled the rental and cover the cost since their client hit my car. The manager at the store is keeping people from renting cars for enterprise to make money. He doesn't value his job or position. I can't remember his name.

The vehicle collection and options are not very large but it is understood because it is a small location. The location is convenient for the South JC resident. However, the current (2023) personnel and management need major training in customer service. The car I rented was not clean and its tank was half empty. I reported it to the person renting the car to me. He said he will record it on the agreement that the tank was half empty. I returned the car with a half-full tank. I was still charged for the gas. When I inquired, the manager stated that the gas charge will be refunded. Instead of refunding, my credit card was charged an additional amount with no explanation. My follow-up emails were not responded to. I disputed the amount with my credit card.
