If only Eddie Bauer was a real man, he'd be all mine!!! I love this store. I like the coats, and have several of them. I have quite a few items from EB and have never had a complaint. It can be a little pricey for some items but we'll worth every penny. Especially on the clearance items!!! Great gifts for the men in your life!

Me and my girlfriend showed up 10 minutes before close. I checked my watch moments before entering to see if we’d have enough time for me to look for a pair of jeans on clearance. I know that’s not the optimal time to show up but you’d still expect some degree of professionalism from the staff. We were initially greeted by a younger guy who was friendly and welcomed us in with a big smile, then an older man wearing glasses came around the corner with a very stern expression and instructed us they close in 2 minutes. Not only was he just flat out lying, his demeanor was so unprofessional. He darted over to us and stood in front of my children’s stroller, blocking us in and essentially only leaving us with the option of turning around and leaving. I don’t like being lied to and the degree of unprofessional behavior is especially inappropriate considering it was a Friday night and Christmas is right around the corner. I’ve always had really great experiences shopping at Eddie Bauer, which is part of the reason I was so surprised to have had such an unpleasant experience.
