The best hotel ever! The front guy was very helpful. We ordered in some pizza and he let us use their pop machine. Plus, the pop machine was off and he kindly turn it on. We got upgraded to even a better room. Room was clean and we slept well. Breakfast was good. The lady was talkative and kind. I definitely recommend this place!!!!!!Food & drinks: Pop was great . Like I said earlier the breakfast was good

What a great place to stay! We went for our Anniversary weekend and had the best service! Brad is amazing! He checked us in, very friendly and has great customer service skills! Our room was touched up everyday and new towels were left! The happy hour was so fun and food was yummy! Will be returning.Rooms: Bed was comfy, housekeeping tidy the room daily leaving fresh towelsNearby activities: Guitar and Cadillac was fun! Our car got broken into and plenty of our possessions were stolen, but besides that, the stay was great. The room was average. It offered less commodities, utilities, and space than in other hotels we’ve stayed in for the same value, but it wasn’t awful. The layout of the rooms itself is a little troublesome though, for you can hear a lot of noise from the hall and other rooms. In the other hand, the customer service is excellent, the establishment and our room were impeccably clean, and the breakfast is served hot and offers lots of options to choose from. Overall, my main concern is the lack of security. They seriously need to install cameras in their parking lot.

My Mom, 2 sisters, & myself drove up KC over the weekend for a start to the holidays. We got a suite for the 4 of us to stay in & there was more than enough room for us to spread out and have some privacy when we needed some time to ourselves after shopping and before dinner if we wanted it. The beds were awesomely comfortable and I had absolutely no problem no problem getting & falling immediately to sleep!! The best part for me( because it meant saving money that I could use for shopping) daily hot breakfast service till 10:30am, dinner 5:30-7:30, & bar card for 3 adult beverages each night during your stay. All of which were complimentary to Drury Inn guests ? I also wanted to point out that I walk with a cane and staff was so helpful & extremely attentive to anyway they thought I would be made more comfortable getting around by myself in the dining area & back to my room by myself. I truly appreciated the kindness & thoughtfulness they showed!!!

We loved staying here and would have stayed longer if rooms were available. They were full due to multiple events in the city. Stephanie, the GM, couldn't have been any nicer. She served guests with a smile, during the kickback hour. We were impressed with how pleasant and accomodating she is! All of the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The lobby and pool area were especially nice. The guests who happened to be present the days we were there were nice clientele. Our family would like to see this company grow, as we travel often and Drury Inns are almost always sold out - this is our only complaint!

My family and I recently had a great stay here. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool, dinner with cocktails, popcorn in the afternoon and the many options for breakfast. I also love that they’re pet friendly! We had to cut our stay short and the manager was very considerate. She completely refunded our upcoming night on short notice. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I almost don't want to tell you how amazing this hotel is. I try an escape to it once a year, and each time I feel like it's an oasis. The staff is friendly and genuine, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is so, so perfect. Even better than some "higher end" boutique hotels I've been to in the area. The food is delicious. The only small improvement I think they could make is a little bit more cleaning in the stairwells, and a nice light scent in the hallways. Other than that it is a great stay for great value.Rooms: Clean and comfortable. A+bed!Nearby activities: Close to all highways. 15 to Deeana rose zoo and 20 to OP arboretumFood & drinks: Delicious breakfast and evening kick back that includes drinks.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when there was a maintenance issue with my room. The rooms are poorly lit and a tad outdated. There’s one small window with a brick accent wall I am not a fan of. Overall a decent experience for a work trip.

We stayed at this Drury on the way to see the WW1 museum. The parking garage was especially nice and allowed us easy access to our room. We enjoyed plentiful and free dinner and breakfast. Our king room was spotless and spacious. Easy interstate access. We would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Very clean

Absolutely every employee here was so friendly! The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. There was a heat advisory our whole stay but our room stayed cool the whole time. We’d absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in Kansas City. Also the parking garage was so convenient. Literally the only negative thing I could say is the bathrooms are small and the toilet in ours was angled and just a really weird configuration.

This was my second time staying with the Drury Inn. My husband has stayed with y'all multiple times for business. Rooms and service were great! Kickbacks and meals always are always great. We stayed for a concert in the area and our first thought was to reserve with Drury inn due to the great service. Looking forward to our next trip in the future with y'all!

The staff is always super friendly when we stay here. The ladies serving breakfast and drinks went out of their way to make sure people were enjoying their stay. We had a slight problem with the air in our room and the desk manager checked on us several times and even came to our room to make sure it was working well. Super clean too!

The staff at the front desk was very nice and welcome us with a smile. There was this very nice lady, which I can't remember her name now, but we told her that we were coming to celebrate the 13 years of our daughter and made reservations for 2 rooms.The next day our daughter received a decorations made from towels and candy as a present from the hotel.That small thing really touch us and make us understand that this lady cared about us.Thank you Drury Hotels.

Location is extremely close to other buildings. No room , so if you're traveling and have a uhaul do NOT stop at this drury.We checked into our room , which smelled of dirty baby diapers. Manager switched us thank goodness but of course put us in a room that additional issues. She did however discount our room a little which is why the 3 stars.Pool was overwhelmed with kids and basically all teenage boys rough housing. When the manager was asked to handle it, it did nothing and the activity continued. So my 3 year old and I couldn't enjoy the amenities, as they were in there for hours.The coffee pots were always empty. No lids. No creamer. It was rarely refilled.No joke the cleaning lady ( almost going on 5p) singing loud in the hallways and rooms as she blasted her radio. How is this a relaxing hotel????This was the Worst and yet most expensive sice drury.

The Management team of this hotel is doing an amazing job!Staff: We just stayed for a week and every single employee was gracious, helpful, well-trained, and personable.Room: Immaculate and everything worked. We found the beds and pillows to be comfy.Parking and Location: Safe and very accessible, especially with the optional parking garage. Easy to pop into near the highway exit.Coffee and Food: coffee always hot and available in lobby. When I booked I had no idea there were free “hot appetizers” every night. Basically, they offer enough for a real meal every evening and it includes 3 alcoholic beverages. What a nice surprise for us!Management even made sure there’s an abundance of luggage carts available. It’s the little details like that which hotels often overlook, but this location doesn’t. So impressive.
