It’s a dollar store so you can’t expect much, but the older man at the checkout is awful. He was so rude, dumped my things out of the basket, glad nothing broke, and though he said to his coworker he’s totally fine helping out that is definitely a lie. Go to a different DT, their shelves aren’t stocked, and their staff is rude.

Not always but sometimes great bread choices at Dollar Tree price. Greeting cards. Cleaning supplies. Larger store than some, so sometimes products not found at other locations. Often busy. Easy parking. Walmart Market is only a few shops away on Metcalf Ave.

Rude employees! Carter was extremely rude at the checkout the other day. Today, an African American male employee who didn’t have a name tag was very rude to a friend of mine. We won’t be coming back.

I came to the dollar tree to return school supplies that were to be donated by my hospital that I work at to the pediatrics department but then circumstances change, and these items were no longer needed because they were already provided at the hospital. These are brand new unopened marker boxes that I bought a week ago. I came to the store to try and return with full understanding on the website there is a return policy stating that items can be exchanged or be fully refund with the original receipt. I talked to Jacob who was very rude with me. he stated that he cannot take items to be refunded with the original receipt. He told me that I need to look at my receipt and also check online. I felt like I was absolutely gaslighted. After I walked out, I called the store again stating that I went back on the website and looked at the refund policy again. I stated to him on the phone afterwards that on the website there was a full refund on their policy page. He continued to tell me that there was no such thing as a refund policy and only an exchange policy. I will be reporting this to the manager Denise. I am very disappointed with how this customer service was handled. All I wanted to do was to return the items that I intentionally wanted to donate and get my money back. That was it.

Big line when I asked a Manager (Sherry )in a very polite way if she was ready to open aRegistered she looked at me like a was an inconvenience because she was having a nonsense conversation with another employee, Instead to say yes ma’am, one she asked me are you next line? And I say yes, ma’am, and she said, I don’t think so, but whatever she was so bothered That I inter her conversation she was very rude after that, I like this location because it’s pretty stoked but employees are extremely rude

I was humiliated by an employee and manager at that store today. My new debit card wasn’t working and instead of trying to help me, Barry rolled his eyes at me, kept raising his voice at me, and continued snapping at me about touching the card while it’s in the machine. I then said I would cancel the order and the manager came over. She did not look at me or address me or ask the issue. Instead she voided the order and loudly said to clear the bags away so “no one would steal them.” I’m never going back to that store after the way the employees made me feel. Plus it was dirty and unorganized.

Be prepared to stand in the checkout line for 10-15 min minimum. So far the handful of times I have come, during the day, afternoon and early evening, I’ve always had to stand in a 10+ minute line.I’m going to avoid this location from now on now that I know it wasn’t just the time of day etc.
