The customer service at this location is top-notch, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. No one beats discount tire. Free tire rotation, balance and flat repair. Discount Tires is simply the best for tires. No deceitful upselling, etc.

You can’t beat these guys. Had to special order some tires and set an appointment for a few days out. Day of the appointment came and they hadn’t received the tires by my appointment time, so had to wait about an hour extra at the shop. Jakob was able to knock off a considerable discount for the wait, off an already really good price for the tires I was getting and manager/team were very apologetic. Love discount tire already, but would specifically wanna come back to this shop. Definitely felt taken care of thru the entire process.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and very fast! They were able to get me in right away and even texted me a link to track the progress of the installation in real time. Will definitely recommend this location!

This business and its employees were flat out awesome…no pun intended. Had a flat tire repair needed on a busy afternoon, they got me in, provided great communication throughout the process, guys having fun working in the shop, and was out the door in quicker than anticipated fashion to a dinner I needed to get to. If you need new tires or tire work, this is the place to go! Thanks guys!

I have been to numerous Discount Tires in the past. Today's visit was the best one yet. I came in for a tire rotation, and the front tires were on their last leg. The service person walked me through the process of the warranty that was still left on the tires and I got 4 brand news at the same time. The entire appointment from walking in the door and getting all new 4 tires was less than 50 minutes. Thanks for the great work!!!!

Discount Tire OP is outstanding! From talking to Samuel on the phone, to working with Nico to get the deal I wanted, this place was amazing. Nico really went above and beyond to help me secure my insurance claim when he didn’t have to, which is a testament to the quality people working here. This is actually the third set of tires our family has purchased here and we will return. Friendly, fair and quality service is what you will get here every time!

Incredible customer service! I got there when they opened with a low tire. They walked me through where my tread depth was but they didn’t push any sales. They then patched my tire for free and had me out in 30 minutes. I will be using their service again!

My fiancé (Tom Asuncion) and I absolutely love Discount Tire at 116th & Metcalf. They are always accommodating and provide top-notch customer service! We also love the convenience of booking appointments online. We take both of our Audis here, and we are always impressed with the service. And they don’t nickle and dime you for every little thing like some shops do. Shout out to Javier who helped Tom today but honestly, this entire team is simply AMAZING!!! ?❤️

Good, old fashioned, friendly service. I watched them VERY closely when they installed new tires on my Range Rover. Not one person placed a hand on a painted panel which I greatly appreciated and before sliding into the driver's seat the tech checked himself to make sure he was clean, including his hands. The tires were installed well, they were balanced perfectly and the staff was all incredibly friendly. Not one "sad mechanic" in sight. Their waiting room is very clean and well lit. There is a bar along some windows looking out into the shop where you can sit and work while you watch your car being treated to some new shoes. Since they did so well with my Range, I sent my dad in for tires and he had the same experience as me. I recently dropped off three wheels for our camper for new tires (one tire blew out on a recent trip so it was new, hence the need for three). I told them "no rush, I just need them by this weekend." It was Tuesday. I figured since I'd dropped them off unannounced, without an appointment and without checking their stock that it'd take a day or two to get tires. Nope. Only THIRTY MINUTES elapsed between dropping them off and receiving a text that they were ready. I was pretty amazed, especially considering that every bay had a car.
Great job guys. Keep it up and you'll have a longtime customer!

I had originally scheduled an appointment at a neighboring shop to address a slow-leaking tire. However, they insisted on keeping my car for the entire day for what should have been a quick 30-minute fix. Taking a chance, I called Discount Tire, expecting little availability on short notice. To my surprise, they assured me they could accommodate me within an hour!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Samuel, who provided exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly and professional, walking me through the process step by step. Samuel even took the time to assess the tread on all four tires, a thoughtful gesture that adds to their customer care. Despite the obvious opportunity to sell tires, their approach was genuine.
I also mentioned an intermittent issue with my tire pressure monitoring system, and without hesitation, Samuel offered to double-check all the sensors at no extra cost. Upon my return, not only had they efficiently patched my tire and inspected the sensors, but they did so free of charge! It wasn't a warranty service; it's simply their policy!
I left Discount Tire thrilled with both the service and the pricing. They've earned my loyalty, and they'll undoubtedly be my first choice for any future tire needs!

I met Bryant here today after a flat trailer tire. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and his Customer Service skills. He jumped on my situation right away. Got me great information. He’s part of a well trained team. What I really appreciate is that they take the time to make sure everything is right. I’m just a number elsewhere. I appreciate that they don’t have a Just get me out the door as fast as I can so they can go home tonight attitude! Great shop!
