My husband and I just received the best customer service in Dillard's. Very nice lady in the Daniel Cremiex department. She was very helpful and friendly. My husband tried on several pairs of jeans and she was right there to assist. Thank you for all your help. Purchase 10/18/2023 about 2pm.

This store is absolutely beautiful. Someone clearly works there making sure the merchandise is presented with style and grace. There are no clothes on the floor and everything is organized incredibly well. I would give five stars for the store alone, but the customer service needs a lot of love. In the women's section on floor one it is nearly impossible to find a sales associate. This afternoon I encountered a sales associate in the women's dress section that was rude beyond belief. I won't go into details but if I see her again at this Dillard's location I will walk the other way. Most sales team members are kind and helpful but I wish they were more plentiful and visible. Overall I really love Dillard's and I'll be back but with the hope that I find more helpful and friendly employees that are easily found.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Dillards women's wear about two weeks ago and had the most wonderful shopping experience. A lovely lady named Brodina and her counterpart Marica waited on me. They took their time, listened to my needs and found me the exact item I was looking for. It reminds me of the kind of service we received about 20 years ago it was so good!!!Thank you to these exceptional ladies who made my shopping experience a true pleasure.Terri

Welcoming staff, decent cut and OK color tone...but the stylist burned (heat or chemicals?) the sides of my hair. The sad result was breakage of several inches of the hair that frames my face. Really wanted to like this salon, but cannot recommend.

I am giving one star even though I wish I could give none. Me and my friends were looking for dresses for my wedding and another wedding. My friend wanted to try on the dress we found and we walked around the whole Dillards and only found two dressing rooms. One was by the prom dresses where younger kids were trying dresses on. So we went to one that had no young kids that we could see. Well we were patiently waiting and this old lady and her grand daughter (I assume) asked if we were waiting I said yes then she went and looked for an associate. The associate comes up to me and my friend after checking out the dressing room and says "we actually reserve these dressing rooms for petite people. I need to help over there now." Telling two woman they can't use a dressing room cuz their not "petite" is f****** rude. Do not ever say that to people. I hope you see this and learn from your mistake.

I don't know any women that enjoy bra shopping. And I was 2 years overdue. I walked into the Lingerie department and asked if they offered fittings. I was immediately swept off my feet and into a dressing room where Shaheen got right down to business, and had me sized within minutes. She then brought multiple options to try on. By the time I was done, in record time, I was happily leaving with my new purchases. The process was seem-less, quick, efficient, and pleasant. I can't thank Shaheen enough for turning a typically miserable chore into something painless.

Loved they were all wearing mask. I learned that Dillards no longer carry Fashion Fair makeup. I was directed to the MAC station. There I met with the most pleasant young lady working the counter . Her name was Alicia. Probably not how she spells it. Lol!! Alicia helped me select the correct color for my skin tone. Also help me with all the things I needed to ensure my makeup is flawless & the setting spray is awesome!!! I will most certainly return to Dillards for my makeup needs. Thanks Alicia for helping make my 60th Birthday extra Fabulous!!

Excellent service, friendly staff. I needed a emergency hair fix and I was lucky enough to get right in with Sydney. Never knew an Aveda salon existed in that location. I feel bad for them...once you get through the maze that is a department store, and make your way to the top floor and around the bedding, I think, an oasis-like opening reveals a luxurious salon and spa. Just wonderful.
